I had reviewed this center a couple months ago and am concerned to see my review is gone. My child went to this center for a while, When I would pick him up it was a coin toss as to which room he would be in that day, but I always knew that when I picked him up he would not be clean and his diaper was 99% of the time dirty. Children were always crying everytime I was in the center and the teachers would ignore the crying child to attend to the 20 other children in the room, my son has seperation anxiety and when he gets upset talking to him calmly and sweetly and giving him a hug before getting his attention on a toy is the best way to take care of him but when I would drop him off all the teacher would do was talk to him from across the room and continue whatever she was doing. My son hated being dropped off here and was always more then ready to leave. I was very uncomfortable taking my son here, I am a young mom and the center teachers and director as well as other parents make you feel unwelcome and when they have to talk to you they are extremely fake. I will never put my son through being in a place like this again. I will be making sure that all parents thinking of going to this center are aware of what my son went through and if my review gets deleted again I will be reposting it so all parents are aware of the way this center is ran.

I found the first review to be more accurate then the second for my experience with this center. They seem to have a mentality that if your child can conform to the rigid schedule and not need too much attention then they can handle it. If your child needs to be monitored when playing with paint and markers for example, all bets are off. My child ALWAYS comes home a mess. Because of the teachers inability to watch my child we have had to replace about $50.00 worth of brand new clothes in a matter of three days. The staff in that particular class are under trained and inexperienced with teaching and providing for children. There are only about four staff members that actually know what they are doing and work really hard to care for their kids but most of them work part time. If you can avoid going here I highly suggest it; if not, expect unexplained bumps and bruises, ruined clothes and children lashing out. But hey, they have a pretty good lunch menu!

I cannot say enough positive things about the KinderCare in Mill Creek. I Have three young boys that are currently enrolled at this facility, ages 7, 5 & 19 months old. Its been nearly 8 months that Ive been taking them here, and Im extremely satisfied with the service and care that they provide. In effort to present this review in full color, Id also like to take a moment to share that our family isnt perfect. I know, right? Im just as shocked by this as you are ;) I certainly have a tendency to be a bit scattered at times, and on a occasion my boys have had a few struggles with their ability to manage their emotions. I am very pleased to report, despite the challenges we offer, the staff has handled our family incredibly well. Theyve been patient, understanding and extremely supportive. I am truly grateful for their exemplary effort, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for place that provides quality childcare.

I could not disagree more with the last review. I am extremely pleased with this center. My child has attended for two years. He loves his teachers and is always excited to go. The curriculum is amazing and the summer program is fun and full of learning adventures for the children. The teachers are caring, happy and educated. My child rarely comes home dirty (however, he is old enough to clean himself and is very responsible in doing so) and if there is dirt or paint on his clothes, I chalk that up to a fantasic day for him and call it "evidence of learning." There is a reason why this center always seems full, my friend tried to enroll her children and both rooms had waiting lists. If you can get in, I highly recommend it!

I think this is a great place! Both my daughters are always excited and happy to be there. They absolutely love all the teachers they have here and so do I. They are helpful in the transitions of one class to the next and they are always happy to answer any questions I have. All the teachers and the director make my girls and I feel like we are the most Important part of their day. Such a positive environment here. I absolutely love it.
