MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA. Existe un profundo desorden administrativo, las profesoras no están contentas con su trabajo y eso se ve reflejado en el cuidado con los niños. No existe una relación de cariño y afecto con los niños, siendo sólo un número más. Mienten con tal de mantener a los "clientes". Es sólo una guardería que cuida físicamente pero no hay una preocupación por entregar un cuidado emocional de los niños, y no les enseñan mayores conocimientos. No es una buena guardería!!!!! Les falta mucho por mejorar si no hay un cambio real y profundo desde la administración. Pésima mi experiencia!!!!.

Babysitters, not educators. There are no daily reports so we never knew what they did each day. No one comes up to say hi or talks to you. I was ignored. Anyone could have picked up my kids. Security is not a priority. Art projects were basically crayons on blank paper. There were occasional "projects" but not often. We were paying for a toddler room but kids spent more time in the preschool room so we feel like were were being ripped off. The room and teachers we toured with we never saw after the tour. The other rooms are pure chaos. Assist Director Lauren is genuinely caring but the rest are not. She should be the director. On our last day no one except the ass. director said goodbye.

We had to pull our son out of this Kindercare - he was getting hit repeatedly by another child throughout the day, every day. After months trying to work it out with teachers and the director, we saw no improvement. At one point, the shoving and slapping occurred two days in a row right in front of the teachers and me, and - incredibly - they took no action. Other parents complained about the child in question (it wasnt just our son getting hit), and they also indicated there was no change. We finally just gave up and moved him. The directors lack of response was alarming, and I think Kindercare corporate needs to intervene. Not recommended.

Love, love this place. From 2 months old to (now) 4.5, my daughter has been treated with exceptional loving, caring, positive staff. They truly treat the kids like family. All the teachers know all the kids, not just the ones in their classrooms. We have learned a lot about positive reinforcement and playful academics from the crew here. Agnes (the director) is excellent, very caring. Highly recommended.

My son was never enrolled here but I visited this place for a quick tour. The director seemed to have no idea what is going on at this facility and couldnt answer the simplest of questions (what kind of curriculum is being taught, how many kids per classroom etc). It gave me a strange vibe and I didnt trust them enough to come back.

This place has a reasonable phyical facility. However, the staff are not so caring. Kid accidents are very frequent. It is definitely NOT a place to trust.
