Wow. I just witnessed some lady out in their play yard ignoring a small child who fell down face-first for 5 minutes. The poor kid fell down right at her feet and she just ignored the kid as it was crying and screaming. I approached her and she was too busy doing paperwork to care, so I asked her "Excuse me, are you going to do anything about this? Are you going to console this child?" and she looked up at me like a dog caught chewing on a carpet and said "S-shes just throwing a tantrum. Shell just do it again if I hold her." to which I replied "No. Thats not what I saw at all. I stood there for the past 5 minutes as saw what happened." (my car was parked just across from the playfield). I walked over to the main office to tell them what happened, and the staff seemed concerned at first, but being that I was a bit heated about what I saw, as I was telling the staff what happened and pointing out the window, the f-word slipped from my lips "and nobody else in the play area seems to give a f---k". Suddenly, the staff looked at me like a terrorist and got the phone and called security and no longer seemed to care about what just happened. It was more important to focus on the fact that I accidentally cursed... so catching myself, I immediately apologized, but they didnt care, so rather that seem like I was causing trouble, I walked to the door and told the lady on the phone I would wait outside for whomever she was calling. Anyways, long story short they treated me like a terrorist (Im a dorky white guy, which is apparently scary!) and I ended up just telling them to do whatever they want, I just reported the problem and left. The whole situation was ridiculous, and the way they treated me (not knowing if I even had a child there or not) was uncalled for. I would avoid this place if I was you.

I sent my daughter to this location for three days and everyday she had diaper rash which she didnt have at home and today, after I pick her up at school and changes her diaper at home, I found a lot of sands in the diaper, Im mad, what did they do, I didnt ask any special care, just keep kids clean and safe, this is definitely not a choice if you want your child to be safe and clean. I sensed the teachers didnt have passion and love for taking care of kids. so I stopped sending my daughter there.

Really disappointed at Bright Horizons Redmond. Experience is dependent upon teacher. Many of the teachers working here, especially in the preschool program do not care for their students. They ignore basic safety practices and are genuinely not interested in the welfare of the child. Food always runs out and the teachers are very slow to replenish. I would avoid their preschool program.
