Im giving this center a star because there isnt an option for a no-star review. I worked at this center for 8 months, in that 8 month period there has been a sea of turn-overs do to the poor management. There has been 3 different directors with the most recent being the worst. I am a firm believer that if you want your employees to work for you, you need to work for your employees. You need to appreciate your employees, and praise theirs victories and triumphs, when they work long hours, or dedicate themselves to you and your cause, you should show gratitude and appreciation. Not highlight their downfalls, or place blame without exploring every avenue of every "truth" that has been told. This centers management is not what it needs to be. In the 8 month period that I worked at this center, my 2 year old daughter attended with me, the teacher in her classroom lost, yes LOST my child and the assistant director finally found her after a few moments. When the matter was brought to my attention by the director, it was explained with a sense of humor about the situation, where I as the childs mother, saw no humor in the situation. This is not the first issue that has been brought to my attention. My child has been grabbed and forcefully put in the corner, been dragged by the hand into the classroom when she didnt want to go inside, and had her blanket (her biggest source of comfort) taken from her at naptime because she would not stay on her mat. This center is filled to the brim with employees that are not cut out for child care. There are those who lack patience, there are those who discriminate due to the color of a childs skin, there has been a teacher in the past that has bitten children and was not fired but later quit, the list goes on and on.. There are however a handful of teachers who are incredible with the children. Rainie with the School Age Children, Monica with the infants, Courtney with the waddlers, Jacqueline with the Older Preschool Class. They are great. But the Bad to Good ratio is concerning. I recently decided to leave my job at this center, which was extremely difficult because of my love for the job itself and the children I was caring for, but I believe that in order to enjoy your job, you have to respect the people you work for. The director of this center does not care for the people caring for the children, which is vital to the well-being of the children at this center. I am writing this review because I dont want anyone else to be mistreated, under paid, or have their children SCREAMED at, or LOST, or physically drug across the room. Its not a safe place for children or adults to be. As a parent save yourself and your children the worry and pick a different center, there are so many out there with genuine caring teachers that truly love and care for the children and have the management that nurtures those teachers, I know my daughter and I deserve it, and so do you and your children.

We left because when i went to the waddler room and the hanging wire mesh cubbies collapsed off the wall and could have really hurt somone if everyone wasnt already gone and we were told some of the employees had felonies. We gave our two weeks notice and they demanded a written one. Then they charged us for the 3 days it took to get a typed up version. We were charged $417 for one and a half weeks we didnt use. Also if you talk to all the employees they are miserable, do not get breaks and only work 20 hours a week while making minimum wage.

For one, management sucks. Robyn has no clue what shes doing and neither does Ryan. They lie to you about your pay and constantly write you up for stupid non sense. Children always escape from the toddlers classroom. Oh and lets not mention how half the meetings are how bad is teachers are and how were not doing our job. They dont break us employees the way we should. its flithy in the classrooms. No structure what so ever, Oh and they get fire happy cause theyre that ignorant. Bullshit daycare

It is a loving environment for children. It is a Christian daycare. It is going through some transitional phases right now in terms of state requirements for some things but overall a wonderful place for children.
