We have 2 children that are going to Childtime and we have been with them for 3 years now. The teachers are phenomenal with our kids and love them like they were their own. The new center director is extremely welcoming and warm and energetic. The entire center revolves around having children thrive and having parents feel relaxed and comfortable that their precious kids are well taken care of. I can honestly say that I trust each of the staff at Childtime to take care of my children without a second thought that they arent being treated exactly the same way that I would treat them. We were at a different daycare closer to home in the beginning with my first child and that experience was horrible, horrible, horrible....and I found out first hand what I kind of place I refused to have my child in. And thankfully Childtime is the complete opposite of our first experience....it is amazing and we wouldnt have either one of kids go anywhere else. There is so much to appreciate about Childtime and I am constantly giving positive feedback and recommendations about Childtime to anyone who is looking for a daycare because they certainly will not be disappointed! We certainly havent been!

When we moved to seattle, we didnt hv much time to look around for day care, and this was near to office n home. So I enrolled my son here without thinking much. Still I feel guilty for that. THis is worst day care i have ever seen . My son went there for week and he never liked it. Even we were not comfortable with staff and environment. There are several reasons I can list here for not to choose. I saw many kids roaming with runny nose, no body were cared/bother to wipe it. All toys kept in Backyard were never cleaned. All toys were dirty, muddy and dusty. very unhygenic. And except one person all staff memebers were least bothered , rude and some how very wrong attitude. Some of them doesnot understand english. God knows how they understand if kid tells them something. They are not bothered to tell us daily routine of kid. I guess they write common things on all papers for daily routine. And worst thing every they did was they made my son to starve whole day. After repeately telling also they made my son to starve. They never gave evening snacks to him , even after we packed and told them to give explicitly. PLEASE DONT EVER CHOOSE THIS FOR YOUR KIDS..

Our son has been going to Redmond Childtime since he was 11 months old. He is now 4 years old. The caregivers are fantastic. The center director is wonderful. We are always greeted with a smile and warm hellos when we come in. Our son is always happy, has learned a lot of educational concepts, structure, organization, and is well fed. The teachers have a personal relationship with him and he is very cared for. We couldnt ask for more and will be sad when he must leave Childtime next year to start Kindergarten at the school his sister goes to. Highly recommend. We have recommended two other families to go to Childtime and they have been going there for over a year now as well.

My experience with Childtime has been limited, but all of it has been bad. I went for an interview at the Redmond location, and even though the interview was 4 days prior and I called to confirm the day before, I was greeted with hostility (What are you doing here) and was eventually asked to just leave without having done anything because "they were too busy." I was shocked at how unprofessional that was, and the fact that I was never told sorry. A simple phone call would have worked, but apparently they didnt think about that. This place is poorly run and just plain rude--I would avoid it.

This was the fourth preschool I toured in the search for a pre-K program for my son. It was defintely the cleanest facility of the four. The director is brand new and has great energy. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. She wants to bring in an auxillary karate class, which my son would absoloutely love. The pre-K teacher has been there for 16 years and seems to love her job and the kids. Ill update my review once we have been there for a while, but I am absolutely excited about sending my son there.

We have our daughter going to ChildTime in Redmond for over a year now after a bad experience at some other Bellevue preschool. But she has been really happy at ChildDtime and well taken care of. All the teachers are really warm and nice. The new center director is making the place even better. I highly recommend ChildTime.

The new director really turned the place around. My 2.5 yr old daughter goes there and we couldnt be more pleased with the place. Ms Kelsey is simply amazing. We are looking forward to our son joining their preschool now!!!
