We have been with Kiddie Academy of Kirkland since they opened in September of 2012. Both of our children have been with the school since that time. Our daughter was in their first pre-K class and she ended up going into Kindergarten early and very well prepared for the private school curriculum which was presented at a first grade level. Our son started out in the 1 year old room and has progressed to the older preschool room. He will start in the Pre-K room this year. Throughout our years with Kiddie Academy and our childrens transitions to different classes we have been very satisfied. The teachers are caring, loving and wonderful! They work hard and do their best to help each child develop where they most need improvement. For our daughter helping her to continue to advance in writing, letter recognition and letter sounds really set her up for success in Kindergarten. Additionally their afterschool and summer camp programs have provided fun activities with academics. During this summer our daughters reading has continued to advance to a high second grade reading level and she is now easily adding and subtracting double digit numbers in her head. They have more than prepared her to continue to be successful in first grade this coming year. For our son helping him to potty train, learn to control his emotions and improving his ability to communicate have been essential to preparing him for school next year. He now tells us when he has made good or bad choices and 9 times out of 10 he will accept when we tell him no rather than throwing a temper tantrum. He also is adding single digit numbers using his fingers, counting above 30 unaided and can write his name all at the age of 3. I am always happy to recommend Kiddie Academy of Kirkland to friends because of our wonderful experience with our school. We actually have recommended Kiddie Academy to neighbors and they have subsequently enrolled their children as well. I am so happy that the owners chose Kirkland to open their location because they really have helped us to feel secure and happy. They are a great addition to our community and my only sadness comes from the fact that eventually our children will grow out of needing to be there.

We moved to Washington a year ago and picked Kiddie Academy out of a long list of potential locations to send our two children. I cant believe how lucky we got with finding this place. It is always such a worry to find a great school for your kids, especially with so many mixed reviews - this place is outstanding though. Couple of points: - the owners are always readily available to talk with and have an open door policy - super friendly and genuinely care for the well being and education of the kids - the principle, Miss Debbie, what an amazing lady she is. Bags of experience, a wonderful tone, she is the lady that makes this place tick. She offers a wealth of experience, genuinely cares about the children, always talks with the parents and does an extremely great job there. - the teachers are amazing. We have interacted with most of them and they are great. - MOST importantly, the development and happiness of our kids...they love it and they have blossomed into amazing kids at Kiddie Academy. They are somewhat unrecognizable after a year there When our time is up and both kids leave (one already has, growing up too fast), it will be a sad day. Thank you Kiddie Academy for making this a great transition for our little people.

All staff at this location truly love what they do because it shows through their work. They academy is clean and secure. They have camera in each classroom and playground. I can see my children when I miss them. Daily report email is great too because I get to know what kind of food my children eat and what they learn on that day. It also includes reminder for any upcoming activity/event so that I dont for get to prepare for it. Highly recommended!!!!!

When my son and my daughter first started preschool at Kiddie, both of them cry a lot, and I really would like to thank the Principle Ms. Debbie and the school owner who helped us went through this though period, and gave us endless support. I highly recommend this school because they really care of children and understand parents need and concern.

Both our children went to Kiddie Academy of Kirkland, and spent several years there. The staff has very low turnover and is led very well. All teachers are very good at handling the kids individual personalities. Everyone was always very receptive to feedback, and the children genuinely enjoyed being there.
