I worked for Learning Land in Kent as a sub for a few months from April to July and it is one of the best privately owned Childcare facilities you will find. The staff and owner really care about the child and want the best for all children. I would recommend Learning land not only for a place of employment as the staff and owner are supportive and caring people but also as a place for your child. A place where your child will be nurtured, respected, and cared for with kindness and love.

My son is now five and started Learning land at four months old. My husband and I spent two weeks looking at different day cares and we just loved the environment Learning Land offered. We have been VERY pleased with the low turn over rate in teachers and the management is nice to work with.
