Worst customer service ever!!!!! Transferred over and over. Promised a gift card for a huge dent in my new fridge, than its like pulling teeth to get it! I finally had to call the manager at best buy to get them to send it. NEVER will I use this company again.

Not sure what good it does to have an online support service when you cant even keep your website up. Ive been trying to get on for two days. Had an appointment for them to come to my house, they never showed. Not real happy with the qeeks right now.
