The past couple months I have been working with Jacob to fix my computer issues. He has been everything I need in a support person - on time, patient, competent, and professional. Jacob has gone above and beyond in fixing my problems and patiently helping me understand what has happened, why it has happened and what needs to be done to correct and restore,. I have a small business dependent on my computer and personally have very little knowledge of anything technical. I just need things to work so I can work. I dont know what I would have done without Jacobs expertise, and again, patience. Thanks 4Byte4 and especially Jacob for getting me through a mess I couldnt even begin to fix myself!

Janice - March 30, 2012 Life could not be better since Shawn was here. Best thing I ever did was to call his company. I had so many problems with my new computer which I had someone in the field set up 5 months ago and nothing has been right since, what a waste of my money. Sure wish I would of found Shawn first. He was professional, and caring, I will be telling everyone I meet about his company and will only ever use Shawn now and for ever for all my computer needs. Outstanding Job Shawn!!!!!!

We had some significant issues with our system and took our computer (only two years old) to best buy. They told us that since we had not paid for their geek squad service it would be better to buy a new computer than have them fix our old one! We found Shawn on Google and he came over and just simply fixed our system. He also helped us renew norton and get all the other junk off of our 2 computers. Thank you shawn! Youve got a new client for life.

I will recommend 4 byte 4 to my friends and anyone else who needs computer support. The staff displayed empathy, compassion and professionalism. Shawn was polite, informative and fixed my comuter in a timely manner. He also took the time to explain what was wrong (in terms I could understand) and what he did to correct the problem. I used them for a couple different computer problems, including one major hard drive issue. They were prompt, seemed to know their service and explained things very well. If I could change anything, it would be that they picked up their phone during business hours instead of using an automated answering system, although in all fairness, I was called back quickly when I left a message.

10 years ago, no one was doing onsite service and I found Shawn from a friend who recommended him. Now every college kid who owns a computer thinks they know how to clean them, but I wont trust anyone but Shawn to do the job. Hes friendly, and he talks to me in a language I can understand! (and compared to the geek squad, hes a steal!) Call him up and he wont dissapoint!

Thanks you Shawn, our lap top was sick with virus badly, nothing would work, he was able to fix the issue and got it working without destroying the computer. Normal would have been re-format and re-load everything, this has saved a lot to time and money, Arun Nova Travel Inc
