Went to this place when it was at its old location to get my laptop screen replaced. They had my computer for 3 weeks over what they should have because they ordered the wrong screen. They put my computer back together very shabbily. Hardware and case not properly connected, my wireless switch would not work after this. There was also a dead pixel on my new screen. I was never offered any kind of compensation for them having my computer for twice as long as they promised and it was extremely inconvenient since I needed my computer for school. I even asked if I could get a discount for their mistake of ordering the wrong screen and was refused. I wish this place had permanently shut down instead of just moving because they suck. My computer has not been the same since and I have told everyone I can not to use these services. Dont bother with one of your pretentious review responses trying to avoid responsibility. You should acknowledge that you can make mistakes instead of blaming the customer for every negative review. I tried to solve this in store, but no one was interested in making the situation right and just did not care at all that I was inconvenienced or that my computer was in such crappy condition compared to when I brought it in.

We were sent over to A & D when another computer store didnt have what we needed and the guy at A & D was extremely impatient and unhelpful form the beginning. When he realized he also didnt have what we needed it was like he couldnt get us out the door fast enough. We werent in there 5 mins before he was practically shoving us out the door. I would imagine with online store like newegg and tigerdirect these little guys would be begging for your business but apparently A & D didnt need ours. All we wanted were parts but this guy acted like we were going to have him rebuild our whole system. I may be a woman but thanks, I can do that myself. I guess Ill be sticking to the newegg. Want friendly help? Dont go to A & D.

I would not take my cat litter box to this place to be cleaned. I brought in a tower that had a simple error code. After three days I was told that all his repair tools just blue screened. Thirty five bucks later, after telling him on the phone that the code key was on the side panel of the case. I drove to Computer Mart, The guy plugged it in and he told me that it had issues. Between 55 and 85 bucks and three days my computer will be alive and well. I guess what Im trying to say is that in my opinion, the guy at A & D strings a long line of BS, but doesnt have a clue. If anything, they should owe me for my waste of time.

Fred is the best computer repair guy Ive ever met. Over the years he has built and rebuilt my computers, and never goofed once! It takes just a couple days, and he has completely removed everything from one case and installed it into another new case, with extra ssd and fan controller. All for a very low price. I will take my computer no place else for repairs or installations of new upgraded parts. My system runs fast and right, thanks to Fred at A+ D. And the guy with the negative review sounds like he needs to step up and get a new hard drive. Wow- 1TB is around $50.00!.

Overall experience was great. This shop was as easy to find as it was helpful. I live in Portland and do not make my way to Vancouver unless it is for good reason. A family member recommended them to me when I was looking to have a computer built for gaming and school. All I had to do was say just what I wanted the computer to be able to handle and we easily sorted through the various options that worked best to fit my budget. Needless to say I am very pleased with my new computer and would recommend the process of how it all came together to anyone.

I use my computer about 14 hours a day. It is how I make my living so when my computer blue screened on me 5 times in one day and then wouldnt start I was feeling like I was up a creek without a paddle. Fred did a great job taking care of my needs. I felt like he went the extra mile to make sure I not only knew what the problem was, but also to help me get better performance out of my laptop all around. The turnaround was fast and when I asked what the damage was the bill was quite a bit less than I was expecting. I would highly recommend these guys!

I would caution anyone to use this company. I had a PC that wasnt charging and took my machine in to see if was the battery or the cord...and ordered a new cord. A and D said the machine was ruined and took 3 weeks to get it back to me. He charged me $200 and I then took it to another shop who said there was NOTHING wrong with it, that it was a bad cord. I gave Doug the owner several opportunties to make it right, he didnt respond.

Had to get some thermal paste for my PC that was overheating. Fred was helpful and friendly even though I didnt know all of the correct terminology and gave me advice on how to clean the old paste and apply the new even though it was only a $5.00 sale. Thanks! I am now writing this review on my very cool and very quiet PC.

A & D Computers fixed my laptop (deemed unrepairable at a well-known big box store repair facility) in less than 20 minutes. Friendly, tech-savvy staff with reasonable rates. No frills environment, but everything you need to get your computer back in business. I will definitely call on them again if the need arises.

I have always had great service at A&D and the staff is very knowlegable about figuring out my computer issues quickly. In fact a few years ago I wasnt able to make it into the store and needed the computer for work that day, they offered to bring it to my office... that is great service!

I just got off the phone with someone from this store, and he offered me advice on how to fix the problem with my computer without bringing it to them first. Thats awesome and rare that businesses will do that nowadays. I will definitely bring my computer here if it doesnt fix the issue!
