This has been a huge learning curve for me, and I appreciate your willingness to talk me through all of the features, one at a time, for as many times as it takes for me to really embrace the technology. It has been a long time since I have had such an excellent customer service experience and I wanted to take a moment to thank you properly. I have taken the liberty of copying some of the key Verizon/Evo2 individuals that you mentioned, because I want them to know what a tremendous asset you are to that retail location. I have been in my new job for 5 weeks now and I am not sure I would be making as good an impression with my savvy smart phone self, without your coaching efforts. Seriously. (The family has also enjoyed becoming a part of the “Family Plan,” even if it was Mom’s idea!) Many thanks to you and your wonderful staff. Count on it, I will be back.”

never did figure out how I screwed my phone up so much and I kept fussing with it. my pictures wouldnt attach to my text messages and when I sent the texts to my sister they showed up without picture attached. I walked into store when I was passing by on my way elsewhere and handed the sales clerk my phone and told him what had happened. he laughed and laughed at my frustration. he understood why I was ready to turn the phone back into Verizon and go back to an old fashion phone like blackberry. he fixed and kept laughing. I also neglected to say in my frustration over the phone I laughed at my own inability to fix it. he fixed it and I walked out the door laughing at him repairing the phone for me for free. of course I appreciated his help. free help is always great when a damsel is in distress.

Horrible customer customer service. My coworker just got off the phone with them and was inquiring about an iPhone plan. The rep. that answered the phone insulted her by saying she was too "slow" in asking her questions. This was the same guy I talked to the other day in person when I asked if they had any of the new white iPhones. He said that they did not have any and when asked of the Corte Madera Verizon store had any he replied that there is a waiting list for them. I proceeded to the Corte Madera store and sure enough they had plenty in stock and I got one for both my girlfriend and myself. The guy at the San Rafael location (I wish I remembered his name) is not professorial in the least and has the sales persona of a drug peddler. NOT recommended.

Went into the store to get help with my account. I forgot my wallet on counter left store for no longer then three minutes, came back in there wasnt a single customer in store and my wallet was missing. I demanded the clerks play back the video tapes so we could see what happened and was told there video cameras dont work- how convenient. Im 100% positive the two workers there yesterday know what happened to my wallet. When you know something in your gut you just know. I would never recommend going to this place or getting assistance from these people here they are crooked. Horrible place horrible workers and just an overall horrible day yesterday.

I was hesitant to go to a Verizon store while on vacation because I did not want to ruin my day, but I was desperate, so dispute the negative reviews I went to Click Away. Nicholas was a breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable, no hard sell, or long winded spiels, just great customer service. He explained that his new manager and he were working hard to change the image of the store to a friendly local business atmosphere people would want to frequent and that is exactly what we experienced. My friend and I left very pleased to have stopped in with All problems solved and questions answered. .

Walked in the store expecting full service cause it is premium. Had to interupt the texting the girl behind the counter was doing to get her attention. Asked if they sell TV service there. She said "No" with a look on her face like she didnt know what TV was. Unsure what is premium about this shop. Dated 01/14/10

These people screwed up when I signed up for a plan, and gave me a two year contract when I wanted month to month. When I figured it out from a mailing, and went in to sort it out, it took them forever, and then I ended up having to fax paperwork to verizon, because of their screwup.
