Neil has been very helpful over the years and always when I needed him the most. I own a recording studio here in South San Francisco and my computers are extremely important to me. When it breaks down, Im totally stuck. There is only one person I can count on in the bay area. This just happened 2 days ago: my MacBook pro crashed in the middle of the session with the band from New York waiting around. Neil drove to my business, fixed it like in an hour (without having to reload my files and programs) and we were ready to rock. Turned out to be the connection between the hard drive and the mother board. He made the extra trip to buy me the part, came back to the studio, cleaned the computer up and advised me to buy the time capsule and time machine to back up the whole computer in case of a static surge. My advice is to spend a little more money and get Neil on your side- its really saved me so much in the long run. He came though big this last time so I felt I needed to give him props for a job well done- I was up and running the same day! Highly recommended Neil if you want the best service at the most reasonable price. thanks dude!!

brought in my brand new custom built PC because I couldnt get it to display anything to the monitor. I was convinced I fried my motherboard somehow while assembling the parts and dreaded how much it was going to cost me to replace or repair it. I brought it in after watching the video they had on their yelp page and 1 day later I got a call telling me my PC was fixed and they only charged me for the initial diagnosis/inspection. I kid you not even if I move Ill bring any PC related issues back to these guys. They were fast, inexpensive and effective, what more do you want?

Immediately as I called him early morning, he was able to tell me over the phones exactly my options and we decided to downgrade back to Windows 7. I dropped off my notebook and he told me hed have it done by the end of the day. Now I dont know about other repair specialists but thats good considering he had to rip out my garbage hard drive, reinstall a new one, and restore factory settings with Windows 7 64-bit. I would highly recommend Neil, the owner of the business, to anyone who wants and honest person to fix your computer.

Neil has been my go to computer repair guy for 5 years and I have never been anything but completely satisfied. Every time I get my laptop back from him it is virus free and running as fast as when I first bought the laptop--6 years ago!! Don’t go anywhere else, he is friendly, efficient and based on all the high prices I see out there for computer repair, very reasonably priced.

These guys have always provided top notch service. Ive brought several laptops over the years. They always steer me to the best solution, sometimes recommending no repair. Its difficult to convey this adequately, but they really want you to be satisfied. Obviously, they need to make money, but they count on repeat business and referrals, so not every visit is a sale.

I actually saved myself $110 by visiting Peters PC Repair, instead of fixing my laptop directly through Dell. Because Neil is a laptop repair wizard,
