Excellent service. My desktop computer had video problems, then completely died. I couldnt even get the power to come on. Because I am in a wheelchair, I could not get the computer to them, so they came to my house (on time!). The tech person confirmed my suspicion that it was the power supply, took the unit with her at 12:30, worked on it, got it up and running (PLUS installed a new video card that I had purchased), cleaned it, and had it back to me by 2:30 -- fixed and perfect. She got everything up and running before she left. Best of all, the total cost was what I consider very reasonable. The staff on the phone as well as the technician were friendly and professional. Im so relieved to have found a computer repair place I can trust and I highly recommend Keizer Computer Annex.

I have to admit, the first time I went to KCA around two years ago as I write this, it was a bad experience. Luckily, though, the issues were resolved respectfully and quickly. These days, after a change in staff, things are resolved much more professionally and issues are caught more on the first try. I would highly suggest this shop to any and all of my local friends not because I work here, but because the owner is very fair in how he does business with people: you treat him with dignity and respect, he will treat you the same.

For one, I had needed a charger for my laptop, and they found it for me, ordered it and now I am able to use my laptop after months of letting it sit. Also, I am happily employed here and love my job. Keizer computer Annex does an awesome job. The techs are smart and they exceed customer service satisfaction. I was very impressed by my interactions with the team here. I was frantic and upset when my laptop simply stopped working, but I was given honest directions and instructions. This place is atrocious! Sold my father-in-law an outdated computer for $1600! A windows 7, when were at windows 10! The same computer could be bought for $500!!! The owner prays on non-tech savvy people.
