While playing Words with Friends we received a message that our computer had encountered too many errors and was being blocked. The message instructed us to call the emergency telephone number. We did. Long story short...it was a horrible scam and we fell for it. Fortunately our bank recommended Cameron Kopiec, CIO & CTO of Action Computer Repair Solutions. Cameron discovered the scammers had installed several different programs on our computer, one of which would track keystrokes so they could obtain our passwords and access our financial information. The hard drive was badly damaged so Cameron installed a new one. Cameron and his team are extremely courteous and trustworthy professional experts in network engineering and we highly recommend them.
