I recently got a full foil from Melissa. When I got to the salon everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Melissa did a great job listening to what I wanted and she asked questions to clarify if she needed to. Melissa was very fast and I didnt feel like I was sitting there forever. She did a great job on my color and it was finely woven just like I asked for. She trimmed my bangs and did a great job doing just what I asked for. When I went to check out the girl was very friendly and got me checked out quickly. I am going to look into more of the services that this salon offers since everyone was so great. I would recommend the salon and Melissa to other people that are looking for a new place to go!

Melissa and Rene T are fabulous. I will always refer to them. The changes at front desk are less than friendly. Since Mychal? has left and Sarah is not answering phone all the time I find it frustrating that after 12yrs of coming to Chardonnays the appointments are less flexible because the cold person answering the phone has no customer skills. Further more I find the new owner less than friendly and a bit cool. It was nice to be known by name when I came in or called in. I can handle change as long it is for the better Just havent see that. Painting and changing the name does not make a great spa happy employees that are professional and kind will make or break a business.

I usually ignore bad reviews dont miss this one. I have been growing my hair out for one year. I do not like the hair forward of my ears cut shorter than the length of my back hair. I was asked to go to a different Salon because i complained about the stylist cutting my hair as i asked her not to. Please do not have an opinion about how you want your hair to be and speak up if that does not come to fruition.

I love Chardonnay Beauty & Day Spa! A friend took me to Chardonnay 14 years ago before my wedding for a pedicure and I have returned many, many times. It is so peaceful and relaxing and all of their services are great. When someone asks for a local spa I always refer them to Chardonnay. My absolute favorite treat for myself is the pedicure! It is so relaxing.

I love Chardonnay and have been a loyal client for many years. I have had manis, pedis, facials, and massages there and I have enjoyed everything. This is a great place. High quality products and people with a personal touch. Smaller salon so everyone knows you when you come in.

Ive been going to this Spa for many years. Really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the cozy feel this spa provides. The services are excellent and a good value for the quality of service provide. The separate pedicure room is the best in Puyallup!

i had my eyebrows waxed , which was great because it wasnt painful at all , and i also had a 60 minuet relaxation massage which was amazing . love this spa and i will definitly be coming back !!! staff amazing and friendly.

It was the worst experience of my life. I was disfigured as never in my life. I think that if a person can`t make a short cut, you must not allow her to do this... I am still shocked.
