I was happy until my hairdresser called to tell me that she had to cancel my appointment tomorrow, because her boss fired her! My hairdresser is due to have her baby and went in to let her boss know that she was going to be moving salons after her maternity leave. She wanted to tell her now, so she had time to find a replacement (the honorable thing to do). Then as a shock to her, her boss fires her on the spot! Leaving not only an expecting mother without work, but also all her clients without appointments!!! Disgusting! I will never give that salon another dollar and can sit back and watch Karma take the lead. If you want to give your money to an insensitive, selfish owner like that, go ahead...I on the other hand will make sure everyone knows this situation. I actually feel sorry for the other hard working hairdressers that work for her!

Ive been at this salon a number of times throughout the years its been open, and have never had a bad haircut, not even a complaint on a part of my haircut. Whats better, is that Ive never had a bad experience with the people either. The customer service is amazing, the stylists are super nice and they do an awesome job. Their prices are higher than a typical salon, but its totally worth it to know theres no guesswork in whether or not your hair will come out how you want it to, and that the stylists are knowledgeable and professional. I seriously bought a hair straightener here when I was like 14, and Im 27 now and it still works. High quality salon all around.

Wonderful place. Stylists are friendly, receptionist is quick, accurate, and friendly! My stylist actually listens and delivers ! She is the best. I would recommend Cherry Creek to everyone !
