Worst nail salon in the area. My friend and I went in for the first time today. We were the first ones in which was a good thing. However, I went in to get my shellac redone and as they took off the previous shellac they completely ruined my nails. They sawed down my nailbed so much that you could see the skin underneath my actual nail. Once I noticed this I touched the butchered spot and it hurt like hell. They rushed through the paint and sawed over my cuticles which also hurt like hell. The man who did my nails was also being very sexual towards me. He continued to talk about how the color of my nails were "innocent" and continued to ask me if "I was innocent". Completely unacceptable. They ruined my friends nails also, they were very rough and rude. Never go here.

Terrible nail service. My nails were so messed up, I went to another salon immediately after and additionally paid more to get them fixed. All I asked for was a fill. They were rude, rushing and rough. I was the first customer that came in at the time and didnt leave for 2 hours, waiting for the paint to dry, when it ended up never drying due to poor service and In the end, I paid more than what I would have paid just getting a new fullset. I didnt even receive an offer for compensation. It was the worst experince I have ever had at a "nail salon". Not only did they mess up my nails, but ruined my friends too. By the end of her experience, she practically didnt have any nail beds left.

This place is horrible. They totally messed up my eyebrows, they are uneven and they missed patches of hair. And it was very very painful and uncomfortable. It almost seemed as if the lady was rushing. I went to brow arc at Tacoma mall the first time and my eyebrows were amazing, now mine are very thin and patchy and not to mention they didnt finish the ends! So one points and the other one basically flares out, please do not come here and waste 14 dollars for a 2 dollar job. If I could rate a negative I would.

They screwed up my daughters eyebrows, we will never go back. Now we have to pay someone else to fix their mistake. They took too much off, they did an arch on 1 side and not the other. I voiced my unhappiness out loud and the lady who did it said nothing. Now Im out 14$ and my daughters unhappy, and we have to pay to get the redone. The brow arc at Tacoma mall did an excellent job. Heavenly beauty probably doesnt even have a license to do brows or theyve never went to school for it.

Very expensive for eyebrow threading. Not only that the lady seemed very new and made it very painful because how slow she was going. Im used to very fast threading as it should be. Gave it a 3 star because my eyebrows came out decent and she was nice. Will not be coming back though

Over priced threading, and the lady was so rude and unfriendly! She didnt say a word to me when she was threading my brows. I recommend going to Aainas Beauty Salon in Des Moines. Great service, quick, and friendly! Only $7 for brow threading too!!

I just got a full face threading here! The lady made my eyebrows look amazing, i usually never trust anyone with my eyebrows because of bad past experiences, but she did great. She was super nice and it was a quick easy experience!
