The salon puts up a really good front! I like their culture and appearance a lot; as thats what drew me to the place. The owner, Grace, was my waxer. On the phone when making my appointment 3 hours prior, I asked for a brow wax. When I laid on the overly fluffy and slippery blanket, she waxed my brow AND lip! I have NEVER had my lip waxed- because it doesnt need it. She slapped wax so fast on my lip that I didnt have a chance to stop her! I immediately said, "wait I have never had this done before! I didnt ask for my lip waxed!" Grace thought I had asked. I never asked. I wouldnt ask for that! Because the wax was on my lip, she had no choice but to wax it off. But she assured me that she wouldnt charge me. What did she charge at the reception desk?! $25! Wow, what an expensive "brow wax." Im convinced she charged me for both the brow and lip. If she really did charge for just the brow, then thats WAY too overpriced! I cant pay $25 for a brow wax. The average price is $12 for brows. Give me a break! I overheard lots of drama talk and rumors. The other hairdressers and staff were gossiping so much! I cant believe how much I learned about random peoples lives from overhearing their conversations. Final verdict: This business & owner is shady.

I scheduled an appointment for 12:00 PM. I arrived 10 minutes early out of consideration however, I was greeted by nobody. Then after 40 minutes passed after my scheduled appointment time someone finally came up to me only to tell me that the stylist I was scheduled for is not supposed to have any appointments at that time and that someone else can take me in 10 minutes however it will cost more. Absolutely no customer service etiquette and extremely poor communication. I will never even think of going to this place again.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars was because the lighting inside is REALLY dim. It makes it hard to see hair color in natural/bright light. My hairdresser (I cant remember her name but she has bright red hair!) was amazing and wasnt afraid to help me go from blond to dark, rich brown with red tones. My hair looks amazing and people didnt even recognize me!! Thank you!!!

Sabbatha did an amazing cut and color. Having shorter hair I really should be going in avery 6 weeks but 2 months later still have strangers ask where I get my hair done! Wont go anywhere else! Grace does great brows and love the comfortable atmosphere unlike some salons where people seem like snobs. :)

Ive been going to see Jared for almost a year. Every cut I have received was great except for the last one. He cut in a TON of uneven layers, even though he knew I have been trying to grow my hair out. He just lost his edge and now my hair is a mess :(

This is a professional salon. Both Grace and Sabitha are excellent in their profession! Grace does my brows and Sabitha is my hair stylist. Both of these women are perfectionist in what they do! I highly recommend them to everyone I know.
