I contacted five companies to replace the siding of my house. I wanted to get my porch and deck replaced as well because it was old and rotted. Landmark was the only company from the ones Ive contacted that wanted the work. They demonstrated this through their actions. Nick came out twice to my place. The first time was to take measurements and pictures, and the second time was to go over my options, offer explanations, answer questions and even left me samples of different colored Hardie siding. None of the other contractors I called did this. If I were lucky, someone would come to take measurements and pictures, but then, they would just email the estimate. I was really happy and impressed that Landmark put forth this extra effort. Emily was great answering all of my questions promptly. I never felt like I was in the dark during the whole process. She even gave me the addresses of references for which Landmark had done work. [As an aside, I saw an individual outside of one of the addresses I visited and I asked him what he thought of Landmarks work in regards to quality such as water intrusion. He said he could not give me an answer because he just moved in but his inspector said that the work done was superb and that the contractors did more than they had to. I was very happy to hear this.] The contractor who did my deck and porch was friendly, efficient and did great quality work. The contractors who did the siding of my house were great as well. They didnt cut any corners as demonstrated by the extensive caulking they did. I really was pleased with the work and the attention to detail! I appreciate that Rener, CEO of Landmark, took time out of his day to call me and let me know when construction would begin and to ask permission for anything that could possibly affect my quality of life in my home during construction. The price for the job was very reasonable considering the quality of work performed. To sum up, I would highly recommend Landmark Roofing & Siding to anyone looking to get the siding of their home replaced. Thanks Landmark!

Fantastic!!! We were shopping for the last roof we would ever put on our home... We decided on a Copper penny metal roof... My wife & I decided to get 3 bids... We have busy schedules & found this to be a bigger project than we imagined... Landmarks rep came out on a Sunday to accommodate us, He was very knowledgeable about product, made recommendations, explained to us about the companies safety, proper insurance coverage, experience of the workers... We decided to contract Landmark to complete the work & were extremely glad we did!... now... keeping in mind a metal roof is considerably more expensive than a typical asphalt shingle roof... it came in handy that they had a program with a local bank with super competitive finance rates... we love our new roof & matching gutters & were thoroughly impressed with the fact that the companies owner made an appointment to view the completed job & make sure we were 100% satisfied... Truth is they exceeded our expectations Thank you Tony & Tacie

I would give Rener and his crew six stars if that were possible! My husband and I expected this process to be painful, but the only inconvenience was to the poor crew who showed up the first two mornings only to get rained out. Once they got started, the reroof of our house and detached garage only took three days rather than the week I thought it would. On the final day, our property was left clean and there were no surprises on the final invoice. We also had some gutter & downspout work done and that crew is also extremely quick and does great work. Rener is a professional, takes pride in doing a good job, and kept me well informed during our rain delay. If you want to support someone who has grown his company based on quality work and superb service, and trust that someone will do an excellent job on your project, dont even think twice before contacting Rener and Landmark Roofing.

Weve been researching and talking about getting a new roof for over a year now. We had several different companies out for quotes and had been waffling on exactly which roof to get and who to go with. Landmark was competitive in pricing and was the easiest to work with. They quoted several options of roofing materials and were patient while we figured out what we wanted to do. Without pressure, we finally made up our minds and Landmark was quickly able to get us scheduled even though we took so long to make a decision! Landmark was true to their word in every aspect. They were completely honest and upfront from the beginning. My family was on a tight timeline as we were getting ready to have a baby, and wanted the roof completed before our baby arrived. They started work just a few days after I called them and completed the work in a day and a half. All of our neighbors said "wow, that was so fast, and your roof looks great!" I was very impressed with all of their staff, particularly Renner, who was very personable, and came out to the house personally after the job was done and swept over the whole yard with a magnet to be sure there were no nails anywhere on our property. Knowing that small roofing issues can quickly become large roofing issues, I spent a lot of time researching Seattle area roofers and materials. I was first impressed with Landmarks pricing and professionalism and throughout the roofing work (and even after) I was very pleased with the guidance and high level of customer service. Work was done last fall (2013) on time and budget. I know Rener and team will stand behind their work and Im confident theyll be here if I need them.
