Tugwell Roofing removed our old roof, replaced it with a roof that has a 50 year guarantee, and coordinated the installation of new gutters. Our house is a 3,400 sq. ft., 2-story modern Victorian, so the roof is very steep and complicated by slanted dormers, flat-topped bays and towers on the wrap-around porch. The outcome was fantastic! The price was reasonable considering the size of the job, and well worth the cost. Crews came every day, arrived on time and worked at a steady pace. There was a project manager always available for questions, concerns or to solve technical problems as they arose. All of the workers were respectful, hard working and made us feel like our satisfaction was important to them. On the last day, the General Manager also came out and did a final inspection. He had his men do several little "touch-up" things, like repainting a vent that didnt meet his standards. There was one minor pricing confusion that came up at the end of the job and the General Manager sat down with us to discuss and agree on a fair resolution. I would highly recommend Tugwell Roofing to anyone. They are very professional and deserve their good reputation. There may be cheaper roofing companies out there, and we used one for our original roof, but it is well worth the money to have reliable, guaranteed work done by a company that cares about their customers and their employees. The project manager watched to make sure his workers were using proper safety procedures and were taking their breaks (it was very hot!) We were impressed by the positive feedback from the employees about their company.

My husband and I were shopping for a new roof to help us sell our home here in Redding. We had heard of Tugwell, seen them at the Civic Auditorium for Home and Garden Shows, seen their ads on television, and also had watched them several times in our neighborhood putting up roofs for our neighbors. We decided to call them along with several other companies to obtain a sample of estimates. They came out immediately to give us an estimate and then sent out a representative to help us decide on the roof that was perfect for us. We obtained the best estimate for our new roof from Tugwell so we decided to sign with them. On the day they started the work we had several home showings and we let the roofers know that people would be coming and going several times that day. The workers were not only very friendly and courteous to us but on their own initiative kept our driveway and walkways leading to the front door swept clean so that roof debris never created a hazard or was even evident. We not only ended up with a new beautiful roof that showed off the house to its best advantage but we also sold the house before the roofers were finished with their work. If youre looking for a trustworthy and professional roofer, your search is over. Call these guys. As premium premier installers, we were confident they were recommending the right product for us. We could not be happier with their service, their willingness to work with us on a modification to roofline, and how they left the job site. A strong magnet was used, and they also trimmed trees and hauled those branches away as well. The crew showed up ON TIME every day, which was a 4 day project. They have a system and work well together that told us they were efficient and going to be done on time. Some of the nicest guys weve ever met, and weve had concrete contractors, landscapers, carpenters and flooring installers all crawling over our remodel in recent months. THESE WERE THE BEST. The sales manager, who provides great sales material and estimates, works well with you, is responsive to email, as is the project site manager. Simply cannot say enough about how happy with are with the beautiful job they did on this project. The neighbors were asking for business cards. I think they might be very busy in the next few months, based on how they turned a very old tired roof into an absolute gem. Thank You Tugwell Roofing.

Excellent experience with Tugwell Roofing. We had insulation blown in our attic recently. The team at Tugwell Roofing brought everything to R60 value insulation. That night it was a cold night. I didnt have to get up in the middle of the night to add firewood to the fire because of all of that insulation. I cant wait for the summer to see how much better our AC system works and how much less our PG&E bill is. The customer service experience with Tugwell Roofing was top notch. Their follow up is second to none. The bidder showed up on time, we received our bid within 48 hours, and were on the schedule by the next week. The whole job only took 2-3 hours. The crew cleaned up and did an excellent job, very respectful of our home. I already referred a few other people for roofs and insulation service.

Tugwell Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof, so much my neighbors all stopped and commented on it. Everyone from the estimator, foreman and the installers were so pleasant to work with. They were respectful, kind and clean. The installers picked up after themselves daily and were very friendly and considerate. This was one of the largest purchases I have had to make for my home so I was cautious when it came time to do the work; I had gotten several quotes, some higher and some lower but ultimately it was the way Tugwell worked with me and answered my questions and concerns. During my installation we had a surprise rain shower on a Sunday and they sent an installer out to make sure everything was papered and covered. Superior service & communication from start to finish. Needed a new roof in Forest Ranch, two levels, a side porch roof, plus replacing five skylights. Got five bids - Tugwell Roofing was our choice. Their bid included the roof, skylights with all new flashing along with all the extra services they offer (gutter cleaning, staple pickup, grounds cleanup, getting the permit plus setting up the inspection to name a few). We went with the GAF "Golden Pledge Roofing System" with the best warranty we could find. GAF even offers a cash rebate under their "Roofs for Troops" program! Everyone we dealt with was professional (on time, worked hard, did good work,etc.), knowledgeable and friendly. The new roof and skylights look terrific and Im convinced the house is cooler with the new roof system. Great job! Great people!
