We moved to WA from FL looking for the same quality of care we previously had with Primrose centers. We found this level of service with Sammamish KinderCare. The director, Ms. Ranu, and co -director, Ms. Seema are essential to the success of this center. Ms. Ranu and Ms. Seema run the office with experience (both with children and business), kindness and professionalism. They treat us and other families with respect and direct attention. You feel like you are getting the VIP treatment! We have made special requests for our children and they all give it their utmost attention and importance. The staff is informed, happy, loving and supportive. Ms. Ranu, Ms. Seema, and the entire staff treat your child with care and enthusiasm and give them a complete education through many different forms of teaching always with the foundation of fun. They have a fantastic creative program that I have seen both my children thrive from. Im always aware of what my child is learning through great communication and information handouts shared with us daily and weekly. Often my children hug the teachers/staff before they leave for the day, this tells me they trust them, feel comfortable and cared for, and are very happy with their day.

This place is horrible. Director is dishonest and has no credibility. She promises things and lies confidently when confronted. She is definitely preferential. For some she lets parents just putting their kids for the first week to watch over for hours and for us she said not more than 1/2 hour. This we got to know through another friend of ours who were allowed to watch their kid as it was their first time as well. When confronted she said no we dont that, which was a blatant lie. She took $100 though we didnt sign up there for 1 day to see how our little one will fit in there. When we decided to not take her there again and asked refund, she refused saying that she held a spot. When we sent her an email and she says she never received it but all others related to money she responds. This lady is truly unprofessional. Apparently they feed toddlers with Taco bell food and ask them to serve themselves. This place is a nightmare. Please be careful and do you research before you put your little one here. Ask tough questions and don;t pay any money until you absolutely want to put you kid into this horrible place.

Our daughter attended this Kindercare from the time she was 4 months old until she started 1st grade. Weve never had anything bug good experiences here, and our daughter started 1st grade with reading and math skills two years ahead of her classmates. She still wants to come with me to pick up or drop off her brother because she wants to see Ms Ranu. Our son has been there for the past three years now and is also having a great experience. Were working on the diaper to underwear transition, and everyone has been extremely supportive. The director, Ms Ranu, is the heart of it all. Her attention to detail and commitment to having the kids under her care flourish is reflected through her staff, and the kids both love and respect her.

The worst daycare ever. I would leave a negative 5 star here is there is one. My kid fell and almost lose front teeth in the first stay there; for days my kid was left eating nothing in lunch; super heart breaking when knowing my kid was left sitting on a chair watching others sleep; they always have excuses for all their fault; we were even charged a leaving fee when we are too disappointed to stay. Awful awful place and the worst manager. Reported all these to kindercare telling them we have all photos etc as evidence, they called back and promised to investigate, and then nothing. Do NOT take your kid there if you CARE about them!

Weve had wonderful experience at Sammamish Kindercare for many years. My older daughter started going there when she was 18 months, and shes absolutely flourished there -- theyve helped her with math and reading early on that set her up for academic success when she went into regular school! My son has been going there since he was 3 months old and he LOVES going there! I love how enthusiastic he is in the mornings at drop off to go in, and I love seeing the pictures they take and provide to us to show fun things hes doing during the days there. We feel that we are treated like family there.
