My mother recently just passed away and she had purchased a pre-need package from another company. Because I had had a wonderful experiance with Bonney Watson with my grandmother, I contacted them to see if there was anyway they can use the trust funds that had been set aside with the other company. As always, Bonney Watson took the high touch service level needed at a time need. They told me they would work it out and accept the funds that were in the trust as payment. Cameron Smock the BW CEO personally handled everything with our family including picking up my mother gracefully, with another funeral director from her Adult family home. I cant say enough about this company in making a difficult time as wonderful as it could be. They are 5 stars + in my eyes!
