My wife and best friend for just over the past 32 years and the mother of our three wonderful children passed on this past Sunday, Janurary 22nd. I was kind of at a loss as to what to do or who to go to for the final services that my wife wanted. After lookng and talking to several various funeral service providers I was fortunate to talk to the fine people at Cascade Memorial. They showed exceptional concern and care to be able to offer solutions to our needs and wishes. The staff person that I dealt with, Nikki Scroggins, was very professional while at the same time making me and my family feel like we had absolutely found the right place to handle our particular needs and wishes. I would recommend Cascade Memorial to anyone that has need for the kind of services offered by cascade Memorial. I live in Portland and had to make all the arrangements for my Brother passing by Phone. I was able to do all of it on line with a few phone calls to Madison who was more than just helpful. I picked up my Brothers ashes and his personal items at Cascade Memorial. I found their facility quiet nice, and Madison was very professional and assuring. I couldnt have been more pleased.

Nikki the funeral director assisted us in getting all needed documents in a very short time to travel overseas with the remains of our love one. My mother died at home unexpectedly and the staff that came to claim her body were professional and friendly, making this emotional time more bearable. When I picked up my mother, the staff again was very professional and friendly. I would recommend Cascade Memorial to everyone needing their services.

Really nice folks, made everything easy with their flexible approach. Would recommend them to anyone. Only caveat is that this location has minimal service facilities. If you expect a big turnout, you might want to talk with them about another location.
