This is far and away the best gym Ive ever been to. Nathan, the owner and coach, finds the right balance of encouragement and support for people at any skill level. I walked in to the BBBC about six months ago, ridiculously out of shape. In a few short weeks I could see significant improvements, and now Im probably the most fit Ive ever been. And its been fun - classes are the high point of my day. If youre dubious about the boxing, dont be. Its a great upper-body workout, builds coordination, and its a lot of fun. If youre looking for a way to get in shape, or in better shape, you cant do better than the BBBC.

The boxing instruction is first class its an amazing workout and its just a great awesome environment - great people - cool vibe -I love it - I think it could be the best gym in Seattle. One of the things I really like about Nathans gym is how unpretentious it is - just get in there, do the work in a great positive constructive environment. I learn something every single time I go.

This gym can change your life. Nathans workouts are challenging and will push you very hard. I love the 45 minutes of boxing and boxing circuit training. Nathan does a good job of giving hands on advice to everyone in the class every class. Class sizes are manageable. Quite often it feels like you are getting a private coach. Classes are fun and i feel stronger every week.
