Its expensive (we pay for the convenience of a daycare located close to our work) but my son has excelled there. All of his caregivers are really kind and they often tell us the details of his day. The last time i picked him up i found him eating broccoli and cauliflower with the rest of the kids in his class. (I can hardly get him to eat vegetables at home) I question some of the bad reviews that have been posted here. Based off of each authors poor grammar and lack of proof reading I assume one person with a revenge complex is the culprit. This line in particular stood out: "they never bother looking up from their phones." Theres a phone at the front desk, nowhere near the outdoor play area where the author claims to have a vantage point. How could the author of the post have seen people not "looking up from their phones"? I pick up and drop off my child at random times throughout the day and Ive never seen anyone staring at a phone, and theres always staff keeping watch of the kids in the play area. If you can afford it, i suggest considering Cosmopolitan Kids as your daycare provider.

As of a few months ago, I worked for Cosmo Kids for over a year, I have first hand experience as to why you might want to make a new choice for you Loved one(s). I am thankful for the experience, but I couldnt stay. Just because youre smiled at doesnt mean they have your childs best interest at heart. I feel very strongly that no one I care about would ever attend Cosmo Kids. There are wonderful gifted teachers their that are being taken advantage of, but there are also a couple who have been warned several times...to have no repercussions. I know there are parents and their children who have had wonderful experiences....but there are several children who would beg to differ... After I quit, I called licensing and reported them. ...Teachers physically fighting in front of the children, more than once....never reported to parents or authorities by management.

Cosmopolitan Kids Uptown has been a great fit for our family! Our son has been enrolled since he was 10 weeks old. He is now in the toddler room. We have been so pleased with our childcare experience! We love that they keep the child to teacher ratio below the state mandated level. Our son has so much fun with his friends, learning new songs, doing art projects, and having outdoor time. All of his teachers have been engaging, patient, and caring. We have even had a few baby sit for us at home. If you are looking for high quality childcare in the Seattle area, Cosmopolitan Kids is a great choice!

Ive heard way too many awful things about this place. Just being a decent human being I cant stay quiet. Employees physically fighting in front of the babies, twice. No parents told. Certain teachers constantly on the phone. No reprocution at all. Ive heard awful things from employees who have had to quit due to moral issues. I know this is vague but for the love of God do your research, ask teachers. Its a matter of time before this place is shut down. Coming from a parent, dont risk it.

I work in the building where this day care is located and I have a clear view of the kids outdoor play area. On multiple occasions I have seen kids fights (like fist fighting) and no adult ever intervenes. Although staff members were present, they never bother looking up from their phones. I recently saw a staff member drag a child by the hood of her coat. I am a mother and I would be furious if I found out this was happening at my childs daycare. I would stay away from this place
