Hope to God that this developer does not buy a vacant lot in your neighborhood! They built a monstrous two story house 10 feet from my back deck. It could not be more obtrusive or eye in the sky like. All my sunlight and privacy has vanished. The lot is large enough that they could have set the house back further so as not to interfere with my view so much. They purport to be environmentally conscious and green. From my point of view, the only environment they are conscious of is the inside of their wallet and the only green they are concerned with is money. Do not expect any help from the city either as they are only concerned with the money they are getting from the permits. The only person who is going to care is you.
