Took a Friday off and waited all day for them to show. Finally at 5pm arrived to replace 2 electric baseboard thermostats. Handyman burned the first one trying. He left to get replacement and stated would be back in half hour. Over 2 hrs latter calls to say he was on his way back. Brought an electrician with him this time and finished job in fifteen minutes, but that was 9pm. All day wasted for a fifteen minute job!
