Unfortunately I cant echo the good experience of others. I called Allen Plumbing for a leaking shower. He scheduled me for a two hour window the next afternoon. He showed up 3.5 hours after the end of the two hour window (he called once to let me know hed be 2 hours late, but then showed up even later). He then said he could try a quick fix that might not fix the problem and might end up breaking my drain line, and if it did break he wouldnt take responsibility for it. I told him Id need to think about it and Id reschedule for another day when he wasnt late and trying to get home. He then got very defensive and started telling me how no one would give me a better price and listing off all the other plumbers I should call for outlandish quotes. It may have just been a bad day for him, but if thats the case he should have just rescheduled for a day he could give me his usual level of service. Ill be taking his advice and trying another plumber. EDIT: After seeing this review the owner of the business called me up. Not to apologize for the experience and try and make things right, but to berate me for giving him a negative review and try to get me to remove it. I think that says it all.

A little under a week ago I was set to be moving into a house I recently purchased and have been working to remodel. Part of the remodel entailed replacing the hot water tank- which surprise- began to leak. Unfortunately it was not as easy as replacing the hoses due to the fact that the pipes were soldered together. SO..... I called Allens Plumbing (who I have also used at my place of business). They were quick to answer their phone and were finishing up at a job in the area, he was able to squeeze me in before going to his last job of the day. Not only was it a fair price, but he went above and beyond with customer service. I was unable to stay and asked him if he would lock the door on his way out- he not only soldered on a new pipe, but replaced the second pipe, put on our earth quack straps, and fixed my dishwasher valve. He sent me a picture before he left and wished me the best of luck with the rest of the remodel. Allens plumbing was reliable and affordable, and I would highly recommend them.

I had just had my hip replaced and was home from the hospital when our toilets started to back up. We knew it wasnt the septic and originally called a different plumbing company who wanted to charge us $5000. Yeah really. Our homeowners insurance recommended Allen plumbing. Shawn fit us in and because my husband and his friend were able to dig and expose the pipe from the house to the septic which was the issue he only charged us $600 and advised my husband how to reinstall one of our toilets. He was honest, polite and respectful. I would highly recommend Allen Plumbing to anyone. They answer their phones promptly and care about the customer. Integrity and transparency, great to see in a small business!

I called Shawn at Allen Plumbing on a Saturday morning to fix a broken pipe in my outside kitchen caused by the cold weather. Shawn was at my home within hours of my call. He could have just fixed the problem, but instead explained to me why it occurred and how to avoid it happening again. Had he not made the changes he suggested to my system, Im certain this problem would have repeatedly occurred everytime the temperature dropped below freezing. The price he charged me was very fair for the work he did and will save me money in the future. I highly recommend Allen Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work and wants to be sure its done by an experienced plumber.

If you need a plumber this is the company to call. My husband and I expected to be shelling out thousands for what sounded like a water leak in the wall from an upstairs bathroom. Shawn spent about an hour troubleshooting the problem and even going into the crawl space to see if water was leaking downward. He determined the problem was expanding risers and not a water leak. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and totally honest! He may be the last honest plumber! We have used several plumbers over the last few years, but this is the one we will be calling from now on! I called Allen Plumbing to go over my mothers house who lives in Snohomish she is 91 years old, I live out of state, she had a pipe that was frozen, cracked and burst in the wall of her garage. He called me after he arrived and inspected the problem. He explained to me very clearly what he discovered, gave me a very reasonable price and explained exactly how he would do the job. Allen Plumbing was very professional, thankful that I found an effieciant and reliable plumber. I recommend Allen Plumbing for any Plumbing issues you may have. Greatful for a job well done!

Shawn is just the best. Hes a professional who really cares about the quality of service he provides, which is rare commodity these days. Im EXTREMELY happy with the job he did for me. His communication with me was great. He always made sure I new when hed be at the site to do the work and just exactly what he would be doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any type of plumbing job done.

In the past, I used CPI for my plumbing needs. Every time I used them they would always bump me off to another day and when they showed up I would get charged a ridiculous amount for their service. Ive always thought that this was the standard in the plumbing industry. A friend referred Shawn who gave me same day service at a great price! He was polite, professional and clean when working in my house.

Recently I had a sewer line break. Thankfully I called Shawn and he was able to get there right away. They were able to diagnose the problem and make sure everything was working. I scheduled with him to come back asap with his backhoe and he replaced the entire sewer line and even the floor drain in the basement. A great job, updated result and at a reasonable price.

I was in a real bind when we attempted some repairs on our leaky toilet on a a Friday afternoon. The guys from Allen saved the day! They were extremely NICE to me and scheduled me for a same day appointment! They arrived on time, they were extremely professional and reasonable. Allen Plumbing is the very best and only plumbing service to call. The team is hard working, thorough, fast, and efficient. Their completed work far exceeded my expectations upon replacing my sewer line. I received many estimates for the work, but only Allen Plumbing was reasonable and realistic.
