Three separate issues over a 3 year span and they were all bad. The first was when they originally installed the water heater in my house the intake line was pinched eventually creating a whole that I had to fix with the correct length of line not pinched along with a shut off so didnt have to shut the water off to the whole house. Next the eater heater went out that they originally installed. It was less than a month after the warranty had expired so I understood I would be on the hook for it. I called them that night and told it would cost $1300 for the new tank plus installation. I said no then installed a better brand than what they were trying to sell me me for $600. The last straw was when I asked them for a simple opinion on an isue and after 8 phone calls and several emails I was jerked around, lied to, told it was going to cost $130 for a half hours worth of work they could do from their desk chair, given wrong information about the issue, and resolved nothing after it was 2 days to late. I gave one star because one of the receptionist was pleasant to talk to.
