I had a leaky pipe under my kitchen sink, so I called Living Waters. A plumber came out and fixed it. Then, a month later, the leak was worse. Same plumber came out and said the reason it was leaking again was that "we must have bumped it." Then a month later, The same leak was back. I called the office and asked for a full refund, the person working told me she would pass the message on to the owner, and he would call me back. Three weeks went by. I called again, left another message. When I finally got the owner, he had never been given the message, and was clueless as to why I would call. The owner told me he would personally come out and fix it for free, and he apologized profusely. He said he would call me the next day to schedule. That was THREE WEEKS ago, with not a word from him. I called again three days ago, left ANOTHER message, and no word back. I have had a TERRIBLE experience with Living Waters and I want my money back for a job that was fixed twice.... and now is leaking again. I am absolutely shocked by this company, and I am still waiting for a refund.

We moved into an older home in Welches several months ago. Years of "do it yourself" plumbing, plus just aging of pipes was going to be a problem down the road. Weve used Living Water Plumbing in Sandy for several jobs. Scott, Rocky and Nothaniel are the best. We wouldnt go anywhere else for plumbing work. They make good assessments of repairs to be done, accurate cost estimates, arrive on time, do very neat work and clean up after their tasks are done. We have been 100% happy with their work.

Do his bills for fixtures, toilets, sinks, etc. seem excessive? Ask him to give you all receipts. We made that mistake too late and, when I finally asked for the receipts, he refused to give me any. He claimed he didnt have to give me receipts, and that he can charge whatever I want. I finally had to fire him for his lack of integrity and honesty. Yes, he is personable and pleasant (sociopaths and psychopaths usually are). And, he can plumb when he finds time to show up, hence the one star.

A big shout out to Living Water Plumbing, and their workers! Had a major water break and it was buried under a bunch of side walk concrete. I didnt know what to do and one of the neighbors suggested calling Living Water. So glad I did! They were out to just do an estimate and while working between other jobs at the same time, Forrest fixed the break to save the day. Substantially cheaper than what I expected too! Thx for the great job! Youre now my only plumber I need to call. JN

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A job that should have taken no more than 5 days ended up taking 2 weeks. I had to constantly call Scott and ask him to come finish the job. He would tell me when he was going to have some work done and would never show up to do the work. It would take me several calls before I could get him out to do some work. This was the hardest 6800.00 I had to give somebody for such lousy service.

We had a pipe burst and Stu came out and told hime what had happened and he fixed it up super quick and left it better than it was. He is super fast and knowledgeable and comes with a smile. We had him back to fix a leaking knob and again later that day to fix another leaky knob! He makes the issues seem small and fixes things with ease. I will call him the next time something happens for sure.

I contacted them in advance of a busy Holiday weekend, with a major water line break. The team responded quickly, recognized my critical time line, and committed to completing the task. I appreciated the can do attitude, and friendly interaction before, during and at conclusion of the work. They are definitely my go to plumbing source. Impressed! We had to have our old 1950s plumbing rerouted and Scott did an EXCELLENT job. He worked on a huge job in a very timely manner. Completing the job well before estimated. The work is fantastic and fixed the plumbing problem we were having instantly. He made little mess and cleaned up his entire area when complete. I will definitely recommend this company to many people.

Scott Horsefall is mentaly challanged and will get you in trouble with the county inspector for things he didnt work on. He says things without thinking, is undependable and lies about his actions. DO NOT USE this person for any reason
