Initially called to inquire if the company worked with third party warranty firms. Followed up with two calls afterwards where I indicated that we would pay them in full directly so that they would not have to deal with a warranty company. Asked that someone call me back to schedule the repair. A week plus later my calls have not been returned. I ended up calling a competitor that returned my call within 2 hours and immediately scheduled the repair. This company lost my business and the opportunity for future business all because they wouldnt return my calls - an example of poor customer service.
