Needed plumbing in the Bay Area while visiting my mother she lives in Burlingame, it was kind of difficult not knowing the area and who to call, we had a major problem and needed somebody unfortunately it was Saturday Evening, I came across their number on the internet and called to leave a message in hopes that maybe someone would call me back, as you can imagine I was quite surprised when I got a call 20 minutes later, since the issue could wait until the next day, we scheduled it, the plumber showed up on time and in the company vehicle, he was kind to ask whether he could park on the driveway, I thought that was curteous because many commercial vehicles leak and I hate when they park in my driveway without asking, their price was quite reasonable, he was able to detect where the leak was coming from and took care of it immediately. I am glad I came across them because my mother is an elderly and I am glad to know she has them near by incase she has another plumbing emergency and I am not there.

Terrible. I ordered an inspection, was promised it would take 2 or 3 days and almost 3 months later - my calling them for updates - I would get promises of return calls - None ever came. I was promised they had gotten permit not once but twice for one project and neither time did they ever get it. They are vey good at lying and hanging up on you. They will say they will have someone call you back in an hour and that call never happens. You get one quote that you know is too low and then someone else gets on the phone and it goes up to where it should be - But the job never gets done. They are not dependable. Owners dont even call back. They talk over you. You ask them a question and they come back with something that you didnt even ask nor did it make any sense. Terrible - they are the worst company ever! I fired them.

Awesome plumbing company, when I called in they were very nice. We had them do two things for us, they inspected the house before we bought it, we figured it was safer to have it looked at by a plumber, and it was great. Two years later we had a drain clog because we usually bathe our little cocker spaniel in the tub and his hair does some damage let me tell you. Luckily I remembered them and still had the card in the drawer, called and still a wonderful service when you call in. Their plumber came out, he was clean, professional, got right to work and didnt leave a mess. Everything is perfect now and theyll be my plumber for good, I recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber in San Mateo area, were in Burlingame.

After days of waiting and wasting a $100.00 on a useless repairman, I finally called a San Mateo plumber nearby. Luckily, Express Plumbing came to my rescue immediately and explained to me that my problem was not my washing machine but my sewer line. They seemed very knowledgable and went to work right away. Before I knew it, the line was cleared (or snaked?) and my washing machine was no longer leaking. YEH! I was so grateful to them for not only fixing the problem but for being quick, clean and incredibly reasonable. They saved my hardwood floor and my washing machine. Go Express Plumbing!!!

My wife is 9 months pregnant with twins and I have raw sewage coming out of my sink. I called Roto-Rooter, but they only had a late appointment. I then called Express Plumbing and was told it would be 1 hour. I canceled my appointment with Roto-Rooter and waited then waited 4 hours. Call the dispatch, but was told that the technician was not answering. Never heard from Express Plumbing technician. No call, No show, No email, No smoke signals. Bad Bad Bad. If I could leave a 1/2 star I would.

They show up on time, well equipped and get the job done right the first time and fast. Im not easy to deal with and I appreciate having them in the Bay Area, theyre the best!
