This father and son family business is amazing. Initially, I left messages for two days and did not hear back. When I am about to lose hope, Todd calls and shows up in less than 25 minutes ( I had to scramble to get out of my pajama). Todd and his son Ben was professional, knowledgeable and direct to the point. It turns out my 16 years old hot water boiler needs to retire. Todd and Ben went above and beyond got the project done efficiently. The boiler room is clean and spotless after the completion. Prior than Todd and Ben, we were overcharged by Kru$e pluming at Berkeley. It is very refreshing to do business with Competent folks who is super good at his field. We American appreciate the small business. Choose T A Roberts and save you money and heart ache :)

Despite telling me that he didnt fix clogged toilets, Todd suggested he talk me through how to use a plunger like a pro on the phone. When this failed, he said hed be round in 5 minutes. And within 3 minutes of him arriving, not only had he unblocked the toilet, he taught me how to do it properly (empty the plunger of air, so you are shooting water at the blockage). And he wouldnt take a cent. What a total gent. If there were more Todds in the world, it would be a better place...Id give him 6/5 if I could.

Scott fixed a tub drain and a kitchen sink drain in my apartment. In both cases problems had arisen due to poor craftsmanship by whoever the previous plumber was. Scotts quality of work is greatly appreciated. He actually fixed the root cause of the problem for both issues I had, and did so swiftly. Thank you Scott and thank you Ethans Plumbing. Todd is extremely helpful. Great plumber, expert at his business. Very friendly. My pipe burst here in alameda. He had a packed day but managed to come by anyway and help out. What I really appreciated was that over the phone I needed to know how to shut the water off, he knew right where to go without ever having been to my house. Hes great and I recommend him to anyone.

Todd was great. I had a leaking shower - he called me right away and gave me valuable advice upfront over the phone before even coming to the house. Once at the house, he fixed the shower leak quickly and professionally. I plan to use him in the future for all my plumbing needs. His came with his assistant Marquise who I found helpful as well.

Great, fantastic. Restores your faith in humanity. We were over a barrel one holiday weekend, and he came the same day to fix our leaking kitchen sink trap. Price was very reasonable. We referred him to friends, and they were also impressed. I call him for any and all plumbing related work.
