Why use any other plumber, Matt came out and did an estimate a couple of days ago to replace a bathroom shower faucet. He came out today and did the work... he had it done in quickly and painlessly (for me). He is fair with his billing... I couldnt be happier. I put this work off for so long because I didnt want the intrusion as well as, not sure who to call, who to trust. A couple of neighbors recommended him. Matts work style is very un-intrusive. I checked out his facebook page and reviews which are outstanding. I highly recommend Matt... his is good to work with and very reasonable! Thanks Matt!

AAAAAA++++ service Called Papa Bears Plumbing at 7:30 on Monday morning thinking my Hot Water Tank was ready for a replacement. Matt was at my house before 11 diagnosed that it was actually just the expansion tank that had failed, so he left to get supplies and was back within the hour to complete the job. A couple days later he called back to double check everything was working properly. He saved me a $1000 - when he easily could have replaced a perfectly fine Hot Water tank. 100% recommend to anyone.

Amazing! With most plumbing issues it usually means that you are about to be robbed by one of the big companies out there... I chose Papa based on the fact that it is a local business, and had great reviews. I called early afternoon with a problem that left us without water on a Sunday. Problem was resolved and we were back in business within 40 minutes of their arrival this evening. Kind, professional, informative, and ON BUDGET. Do yourself a favor, have Papa over for your next plumbing job!

I have been using Papa Bear for about 4 years now, and I am always impressed. Matt is reliable with appointments, personable, and easy to work with. He ensures that work has a permit and is to code. The best thing about them is that they are honest. I called Matt once for an issue and he talked me through a simple fix without charging a dime. When I saw the perfect reviews online for Papa Bears Plumbing I was a little skeptical, but after I called and the owner came and fixed the job for a reasonable price I have to agree. The owner was very up front and honest. I wont ever call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

Im sure the plumbers are great, I wanted to use them based on reviews. But after three days and two voicemails I have yet to get a call back to schedule the repair. Ill be calling a different plumber now.

They replaced the drain to our tub. When they started it hadnt drained for three days and when they were finished we had clean pipes and everything worked like a charm. Still does!!
