I was over charged on an invoice from a previous job. So I was told by two of them over the phone that they would take it off my next invoice, I said o.k fine. Sure enough, when I get the invoice, that charge was not removed. When I called to ask why, I was told they would not take the over charge off my invoice because when I was over charged they were in the process of changing ownership, so it was not their responsibility. My thought was, its not my responsibility either, if you change ownership in a company, you take responsibility for whatever they leave behind. Granted the over charge was only about $50.00, I dont see why I had to pay that money for nothing because of their negligence. As far as the work goes, the plumber himself was fine, he was knowledgeable and did good work. However, the administrative staff at Bellevue Plumbing is horrible. They pulled the plumber off my job about half way through to work on another job. No warning, no notice that he was not even there. So I show up on my job wondering why its taken four days to screw a fiberglass shower to a wall, and is still not done. My employee informed me the plumber hadnt been there for days. As a result, a lot of money was lost because of the delay. I wasnt going to write this bad review if they had taken that over charge off my invoice. But since they purposely lie to me over the phone for their own financial gain and my financial loss, I felt I should warn other contractors or home owners who are thinking of using their services.

Actually 0 star. I called them somehow by mistake today and asked if the number I dialed was theirs. The reaction of the man was extremely RUDE! even though I made a wrong number. Me:"Is this 425-XXX-XXXX?" The man: " Bellevue Plumbing. Do you need plumbing or NOT!! " instead of telling their number. Me: "Is your number 425-XX..." The man: Cut off and said,"What you want!! Drain fix!! Faucets!! What!!?" Me: "I just need to know if I dialed correctly..." The man: Cut off again, "Bellevue Plumbing!!!!!!!" Me: " I just.." The man: Cut off and hung up. I really needed to call the number, so I dialed then the man picked up immediately and, almost yelled at the same time. How rude! Im amazed. I checked their reviews. No wonder. Everybody is complaining about the same man. He doesnt think we could have been their future customers. Their(his) plumbing work itself sounds bad also from the review. So noway using them(him) at all.

Such a bad experience with this company. What should have been a $280 job ended up costing over $700 due to their mistake. We called for an emergency service on Friday evening when we couldnt wait until Monday to have our water turned back on. They told us that it would only take an hour to fix. Unfortunately, the plumber cranked on the pipe way too hard and snapped it out of the nipple. At that point the hour had passed and the emergency rate was racking up (charged in 15 minute increments), so we agreed to live without water for the weekend (which is the whole reason we paid for the emergency service) and have him come back on Monday. It then took him over another hour+ on Monday to fix. When we got the bill they had overcharged us on the emergency rate and also refused to take any amount off the bill due to the plumbers poor handling of the situation. Huge waste of money and super inconvenient.

Faulty charging! They did a project for my home about 9 months ago, and they installed a valve in a wrong way at that time. While the problem occurred, I called them to take the responsibility to fix it right again. However they sent me an invoice and charged me for fixing their fault. The most ridiculous is that they charged me $3XX for the cost of a plumber who didnt know how to fix the problem. He just spent 2.75 hours to wait for a "wise" plumber to come and tell him what he need to do. Then he did nothing and gone, just sent another labor to do his job. Besides, the "wise" plumber charged me $1XX for dropping by, and a new valve costed me $1XX. I contacted the owner twice to resolve this faulty charging but he didnt get back to me, just sent me the invoice.

The worst ever. There is reconstruction happening in our home. Terry helped us out for an emergency a few days ago and I needed his help again for another job, that was not an emergency. I had fixed an appointment with his office for 2pm today. Nobody showed up or called to explain. @2:15, I called the office to find out what was happening. The lady said that Terry was delayed at another job and that she "meant " to call me and let me know. I asked her to re-verify with Terry and find out when he could actually make it. She was to call me immediately. 45 minutes I call back. She said Oh, you want to cancel the appointment" I meant to call you. What a bunch of baloney. Terry , you are with the wrong company. Truly one unreliable set of folks at the office.

I told them exactly what was wrong, and the type of fixture, and they did not bring the parts. They charged $200 to send a guy out who took 15 minutes to confirm what I had already told them was broken. They forgot to order parts, they didnt call to come back. Once I called them, they said they had the parts and scheduled an appt. I stayed home from work (again) to meet them here and they were a no show. Evidently they did not have the parts, and no one bothered to call me. I just left a message for the owner. I wonder if he will call me back. I wish I would have read the review below before hiring them.

Outstanding service from initial phone call thru actual service. They are fast to respond, friendly, professional and know what theyre doing. I do not impress easily and am incredibly particular especially when it comes to courtesy and professionalism. It is rare for me to give anybody a good review, but I highly recommend Bellevue Plumbing and plan on using them for all of my plumbing issues from here on out. EXCELLENT!!!

I had a plumbing emergency at my business and I called around and found that Bellevue Plumbing was the most responsive. The fixed my emergency within the hour and didn’t charge an exorbitant amount in my hour of need. I also had them work on a small job on my house and it was done so neatly and with care. My neighbors have used them and I always hear from them how great they treat their customers.
