This place saved my addition project! The plumber I first hired abandoned the project for personal reasons and I was left in a lurch. I called Crown Plumbing and they came the next day, provided an assessment of what work had been done and what work needed to be done. Their bid was in alignment with my plumbing budget and they were prompt in performance. I had the opportunity to meet the owner and quite a few of the employees. Each and every one was super respectful, conscientious, knowledgeable, and hard-working. This was a difficult project, mind you. I had to have my entire waterline replaced in addition to needing plumbing for a 1275 s.f. addition with two bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen. They also installed a gas line and recirculating pump. Passed inspection on the first time through! Im surprised they have anything less than a 5-star rating, for this truly is a 5-star company!

I feel I was completely ripped off on pricing. Their office is about a half mile from my home and they charged me an $8.14 fuel tax. They also had two people there and it was a one person job and they billed me for both. Then, they would not guarantee their work! Plus they charged me $59 to come fix a leak I told them about as an "assessment" fee! Even though they stayed and fixed the leak, they still charged that on top of parts, labor for two, fuel tax, sales tax and then the $59 fee! Wow, way to rip off a customer who could have given you a great recommendation and tons of repeat business!

Crown was referred to me by a friend who had a large home remodel job that Crown did. It was a good referral for the guest suite Im building in my home. Dennis and two helpers worked with me while I did some of the "manual labor" to cut some concrete and dig a trench for a new water service line. They gave me a fair price, show up on time, were friendly, cleaned up after themselves and were timely getting the work done including being present for the building inspector. Id definitely recommend Crown as well as use them again myself!

Recently moved to Snohomish and have needed a plumber several times with issues from sewer line back up to pipes leaking in the walls. Every time the team has come out they have been courteous and they know there business. They are up front about cost and issues. They take time to answer questions. I will call them for my next plumbing issue.
