Where do I start? Well it started with the unfortunate event of a kitchen double sink backing up earlier in the day & thinking that if I went to the hardware store to find something to unclog it, not so and besides that I realized I had made a type of chemical cloud in my kitchen. I went to my cell phone to see if at 6:00pm on a Saturday night I could find a plumber who could help us. Duncan Plumbing came up & my daughter called the number. Joey answered, asked some questions & said he would call back. Joey called back to let us know what the charges would be & he would give us an estimate of when our plumber would arrive. Thank you Joey. So now on to Eric - in our opinion the best plumber ever. He was so pleasant and went right to work. I cant say enough as to how efficient he was and assured me my cleaning out the refrigerator earlier in the day had created this problem (old plumbing). He was successful, patient with our questions and most importantly never showed in anyway the inconvenience of handling our issue after 7:00pm on a Saturday night. Thank you Eric very much. We feel he did a great job, had a positive attitude & I assure anyone who reads this (+ Duncan Plumbing) you are at the top of my list. I rate Eric, Joey & Duncan Plumbing - 5 Stars (more if I could). PS do u do calls to Morgan Hill? Thank you so much

Called for help with a new garbage disposal installation. I had purchased a Waste King Legend 8000 thru Amazon. I got as far as installing the new unit under the sink. I found that the fit with existing plumbing seemed tight. I needed professional help. Called Duncan Plumbing after 5 PM on Friday and made an appointment for Monday morning because I didnt feel it was an emergency. Jorge arrived on time as promised. He looked at the feasibility of connecting the new, larger Legend 8000 to existing piping, which was a one-piece dual-sink set-up. Because all pipe segments were glued together it couldnt be adjusted. Jorge removed existing piping and replaced with new pipe using all compression fittings which fit perfectly, can be adjusted in future as needed, and will enable me to easily open up the system for needed cleaning or to clear a clog. Work was done neatly and quickly. Duncan Plumbing and Jorge responded quickly and courteously. Since our kitchen is part of an open floor plan, this new quieter installation - the Legend 8000 and the new pipes - significantly reduced the noise level in the house. Jorge reconnected the dishwasher and confirmed that all was working properly before he left. Job well done!

Working with Duncan Plumbing was a fantastic experience. Came home Friday night to find our water heater leaking. Made a couple calls that night for help with a plumber – one company didnt call back, the other said they were unwilling to help until Monday. Come Saturday morning, many calls were made – no responses. Got a recommendation on FB from 2 friends recommending Duncan Plumbing. Called immediately. Friendly woman picked up the phone and had someone at my house in 30 minutes. Nui showed up, was very friendly, and gave me some options. Within a couple of hours, the new heating unit was in place and Nui had loaded up the old one. During the event – I also had a very...well, my toddler was not having a great day. Nui even had a little stuffed animal with him which he gave to my son which worked wonders. He went above and beyond. My experience with the company was fast, friendly and easy. Will definitely be relying on Duncan Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

First off, thank you. These folks truly "get" customer service. I called in the early afternoon on a Friday. It was last-minute and not an emergency situation, but one that I had been trying to resolve for awhile. I explained to Cassidy, who answered the phone what was happening with our kitchen sink and our dishwasher - and originally arranged for a Saturday appointment. She called me back about an hour later and asked if one of their plumbers could come by that afternoon and see if he could fix the problem. I was THRILLED! It gave me my Saturday back! So, I have now gotten the problem resolved and am so happy I found Duncan Plumbing. Well done team. Jorge was awesome on the site as well - he was prompt, professional and very helpful. And when Joey called to follow-up, I was both surprised and yet NOT. They are a classy and caring organization!!! If I ever need plumbing help again, these are MY "Go to" team.

This was the first time I called Duncan Plumbing, I have contract plumbers that I know and could call, but I needed something fixed ASAP. I was having pavers put in and we hit a waterline, and Eric completed the work plus something that I added to the list when he arrived. Cassidy in the office was very responsive, reliable and her follow up was awesome. I told her my situation and she jumped into action and got things set up within an hour and a half. Eric who came out and did the work I needed was very experienced, and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a reliable company, I would definitely recommend Duncan anytime, office and field staff were excellent!!! Thanks so much...paver job was able to be completed that same day thanks to Duncans quick response and work!

I called Duncan Plumbing because we had a leak under the tank of our toilet. I asked what the hourly charge was, and they explained they charge by the job, not by the hour. It turns out I had a bad gasket between the toilets tank and the mainframe. The gentleman told me the cost would be $280. I accepted this, figuring it must be a very labor intensive job. Obviously this was not the case. He was finished in 15 minutes. I was outraged that a job that must have been very, very simple was outrageously priced. Based on this experience I would tell anyone to avoid Duncans. I could have a cavity filled for much less than that. This is simply a case of taking advantage of a customers ignorance. Duncan Plumbing you should be ashamed of yourself. RS, Santa Cruz

I requested Eric because he has worked at our home in the past and I have always been pleased, he goes over and above!! he is very customer focused, it is important to him that the customer is satisfied. I continue to request Eric because he has impressed me since the first call. With no exception last week Eric came to my home because of a leak, he determined where the leak was explained to me the repairs gave me an estimate and Jenny was able to schedule a crew the same day. Jenny as well is very customer focused. She called me the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the repairs. Both Eric and Jenny are an assist to your company! it is very important to both of them the customer is satisfied!! Thank you Jenny and Eric.

Nui and Jose came out to my home because my hot water heater wasnt heating the water. I had bought the water heater from Duncan Plumbing 3 years ago. The pilot was on, the burner was on, but only lukewarm water. Nui looked at the construction mess in my driveway and asked if I was having work done in the house, which I was. He took a look in the bathroom and said the contractor had done something (sorry I cant remember what it was) and diagnosed the problem in under 5 minutes! Nui and Jose were very courteous, professional and easy to talk to. Duncan Plumbing has been my go-to plumbing company for 7 years because of technicians like them!
