Project: install new well pump and filtration system; connect to house plumbing. Specialty Pump & Well is not cheap, but they do exactly what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. Their team gave me free lengthy phone consultation, on-site consultation, and then returned to perform installations. At each step of the process they explained exactly what was being installed and why. They always gave multiple options for installation possibilities at various price points. Specialty Pump & Well is not the cheapest outfit in town, but if convenience, knowledge and professionalism are important to your project, this team will be at the top of your list.

I cant begin to describe the lack of professionalism Toby portrayed and the condition that he left our home in...specifically our electrical box. He also knowingly left a live wire. I wish I could post pictures. Beyond shocked and disappointed in this company. Id be happy to share much more as well as pictures and costs. Additionally all the "temporary" work that was done was also all on video surveillance.

Had a huge issue with this company and you cannot even find them listed with Washington State Dept of L & I. Hmmm....wonder if they are legal? Toby Cyr is the absolute worst!! Dont buy into the higher pricing is better. This is the worst company to do business with!!!!!!!!!!

Waste of time & money. Came out to give me an estimate. Instead sold me a water test from a company that is NOT a certified lab (useless for any other company) and wanted an ADDITIONAL $685 for an actual detailed estimate!
