I am the Secretary for a Condo Unit business building that is over 10,000 sq feet that was in dire need of repainting that CertaPro Painters painted for us. The building was in poor shape, as the stucco was filled with cracks, had holes in it and was in need of desperate help. I contacted two companies to get bids. The first company took over 2 weeks to get a quote to me, and getting a hold of them was a challenge. I then called CertaPro and since we were a "commercial building" the owner Josh personally came to our site to prepare the quote. I was amazed with the follow thru of his staff with phone calls and emails to remind me of appointments, and when Josh showed up, I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and concern for my job. He explained different options, one that would be a "quick fix, at a lower price" and one that would "last for years and do the job correctly" based on my budget. To my surprise, Josh gave me his personal cell phone number, and by the end of the same day, he had called for some clarifications and had a completed quote for me! The other company told me they would not be able to start for a couple of months, Josh told me he would be able to start in 2 weeks! Well, needless to say, I went with CertaPro for the job (even though they came over the my first bid by $700) because of the follow thru, personal contact, on line reviews, professionalism, commitment and honesty. I am not even sure if the other company was licensed and bonded, because their quote was only a paragraph, and the quote that Josh and CertaPro gave me was 4 pages long with pictures, diagrams, complete instructions and their license and bond information. CertaPro started the job on time as they stated, always calling me to update me on status, and they sent two painters (Paul and Forest) who were excellent! Overall the job took 7 days to complete, and when finished we inspected the building, found a couple of areas to address, so I called Josh on his cell phone and the next day they were out to take care of it. I have dealt with many contractors over the years, and I will say that CertaPro is the best company I have ever dealt with. Thanks Josh and Paul again for everything, and know that I am sure to recommend you and you company to all of my associates. Although this was a commercial building, if I needed my house painted, CertaPro would be the first company I called.

I hired CertaPro to paint the entire exterior of our 2,100 square foot house in the fall of 2012. I thought of painting it myself, but just didnt have the time and some of the walls are very high near the roof (its a split level). I am kind of a do-it-yourselfer, so was pleased when they were more than willing to write up the estimate and the job that enabled me to do the things I wanted to do to keep costs down, such as most of the scraping and some of the fascia and gutter work prior to painting. Our exterior (1970s house) has T-111 on it and some of the spots were very bad on the south side, and I was glad that they recommended using the "Peel Bond" product to help build it back up a little bit, which will help prevent premature peeling. The time from agreeing to the estimate and $ costs to getting us on the calendar was very quick, and CertaPros communications were nice and specific around when they would be power washing, what to expect, etc. My wife and young kids were at home the 2-3 days that they guys were priming, painting, and trimming so I was pleased that the team of two was nice, professional, and quick. You could tell they really valued customer service, even though they arent the ones who do the estimate (that was Josh, the owner). The cleanup was done very well at the end of the job (including a ton of paint chips from the scraping!) and the house now looks fantastic. I made one change order to the estimate which was handled professionally and transparently. This was to pay an extra hourly rate for the guys to scrape what I didnt have the time to get to, prior to power washing. OVERALL, I would highly recommend people in the Spokane area to at least get an estimate from them. I am very satisfied with the work done after close inspection. This is my first time paying for the exterior of my house to be painted, so I dont have a lot of personal comparisons, but from hearing some of the stories of friends sounds like we got a good deal and a good company to work with on this one. It ended up costing a little less than I was expecting.

This was an excellent experience!!! Its so nice when you find a company who actually does what they said they will do. Our home looks so nice and fresh that I cant stop admiring it as I work in the yard. Our painter, Brad and his partner Nick were exceptionally attentive to every detail. That impressed me a lot! They were kind and respectful. That alone is a winning combination. The prep work was meticulous and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was secured for the next day. A very nice addition was the person the company recommended to fix a few things before painting began. Ray and his crew did everything in one day! Amazing! We are very happy with the whole job. I had a wonder experience with CertaPro! I live out of state in Texas and have a rental home that needed some TLC. From the time of our initial conversation to the end of the project, CertaPro went above and beyond my expectations! Stacy Saffeels, the main contact, was extremely helpful. She helped with picking the colors to coordinating with the renters to get the job done. The renters stated that all the employees were very respectful and understanding of her busy schedule as well. Overall an amazing experience, you need to hire them for your future painting needs!

Our painters did a great job and finished in the amount of time they had proposed, even after a really hot first day of painting when I would have said to take the afternoon off! They did a thorough inspection with us on the final day to make sure all spots were covered and nothing was missed for touch ups. We are pretty picky about these kinds of details so that was important for us to see them double checking everything. They were courteous to our family, especially our toddler who was more than curious about the men outside and what they were up to all day.

Josh and crew (Andy & Donny) were great to work with, always prompt and finished ahead of schedule. Our HOA guidelines are very strict and CertaPro went to extra mile to ensure they everything was perfect and even did a few things for me that werent included in their scope of work.
