First, let me just say that the final painting of my house is adequate. I am not thrilled with some of the paint left on window panes or with some peeling that is already occurring, but it is not so terrible as to warrant dealing with this awful company again to fix it. The salesman responsible for bidding, quoting and setting up my job was a joke. He didnt properly document what was to be done in terms of the sections of the house being painted which resulted in confusion when the painters arrived. He then told me that he had not taken into consideration a substantial and critical portion of my house needing paint. Without authorization he increased the price and sent a new contract with the painters stating that he "assumed it would be fine" without ever informing, let alone consulting me. The salesman said he would be by multiple times to color match and ensure the job was done properly, he never came by. Instead a guess was made as to the color my house was to be painted. The grey-brown was then painted over with a rich, chocolate brown. We then had to wait weeks past when the job was supposed to be completed to get it done, all the while my house was 1/2 painted in the wrong color. The salesman again failed to come out after I called and ranted about the lack of professionalism and follow through, this was the third time he didnt come by when he said he would. However, he showed up unannounced on a Saturday morning after I had worked things out with the painters to make sure everything was okay. Ultimately, the job got done and the contractors who completed the work were apologetic and had been wonderful through the process, however, at the end they attempted to pressure me into a 5 star review as they told me it was the only way they get their full pay. When the job was done, but before the paperwork had been sent to me for approving the financing I received an email and a phone call from the office telling me that I needed to fill out the voucher so they could get paid, they told me that it required my immediate attention and insinuated that I was delaying the process, the voucher arrived via FedEx three days later. At no point was I offered a discount, at no point was any accommodation made to expedite the process. Instead, I was charged more than quoted due to an error on the part of the salesman and treated disrespectfully when their own office was delayed in requesting payment. The friendly demeanor of their office staff was a charade which was quickly seen through when they felt they had fulfilled their requirements for getting paid and immediately turned to accusatory. TLDR: Adequate results, but such a painful process from a terrible company that the 1 star is generous

We hired CertaPro to paint the exterior of our house we were so pleased with the outcome that we plan on hiring them later to paint the interior of our home. John and Karna make a great professional team paid close attention to detail and gave us quality work. They were very affordable, professional, and made sure they cleaned up to finish the job. John the painter that did the work even returned to check with us to see if there was anything he had missed or needed to touch up. We are very happy with the end result. Several neighbors have stopped by and commented on how great our home looks with its new paint. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at an affordable price.

After looking everywhere for a quality, well priced painter to do some work for us, we hired CertaPro painters of West SL to paint our aluminum siding on the exterior of our home. We couldnt be happier with their service. They did an excellent job painting and were always very professional in their communication with us. They cleaned up their work at the end of each day and made sure we were completely satisfied with the entire job. Our home is 35 years old but looks brand new thanks to the wonderful team of CertaPro painters. I will most definitely hire them in the future for any painting needs.

I had CertaPro paint the stucco on the outside of my home. Unfortunately they were chased by rain for 2 weeks. Luis, Eddie and Jesus worked wonders the 2 days they painted they hustled and made the best of the weather. However, the second day it started to rain again and I think spoiled the finish. The impressive thing was when I called with concerns, Brad came back out to inspect the job and he assure me all would be taken care of. I was put on the schedule and the team came back out and repainted everything. Great service, Thanks.

We had the interior of our home painted by CertaPro of West Salt Lake City. They did an awesome job, arrived on time, were clean and easy to work with. They were responsive to our multiple requests and were great when I added on a ceiling once the project started. Alberto went out of his way to make sure we were pleased with everything and even changed out some cold air returns with new ones we had purchased without even asking. We would highly recommend this company and will most definitely use for any future painting projects.

Had a great experience with CertaPro from the beginning. Thoughtful, reasonable and thorough bid and even added projects at the last minute. The painters Alberto, Rico and their crew were amazing! They had great attention to detail, cared about doing quality work, and listened closely and implemented my feedback. They had a big job painting our whole interior and covering up for a horrible previous painter, and they took the time to do it right and endure we were happy. I would recommend them to anyone!

Brian went above and beyond what was expected. He stayed all day and did a job that was easily a two man job. He didnt leave anything unchecked and even suggested tips on stuff to be painted. I would highly recommend CertaPro , they do awesome work and are super friendly. They are reasonably priced and do great work. Everyone in the company was professional and helpful from start to finish, and followed up and followed through with the work done.

We hired CertaPro to paint the interior of our house (our walls and our kitchen cabinets) and were so pleased with the outcome that we later hired them to paint our exterior. They were very affordable, professional, and made sure they cleaned up to finish the job. We were very happy with the end result both times. These guys were excellent! Very friendly and skillfull. They fixed many small cosmetic problems as well as some larger ones with the walls. There was one place where I wasnt completely happy but thought that was all they could do and they came back and redid it where it looked great after.
