When we decided to have the exterior of our home painted we had to figure out what services we expected and how to choose a quality company. We had three companies provide us with bids. Crash of Rhinos Painting came out and videotaped the exterior of the house. We were then supplied with a Certificate of Liability, and explanation of their warranty and an informative brochure on the quality of paint and their commitment to great service. Crash of Rhinos also provided us with information on how to understand and best select colors for our home. A detailed scope of work was provided with clear specific review of the document between us and the company’s representative. An agreement regarding all aspects of the job was emailed for our review and signature. All in all Crash of Rhinos Painting was efficient, prompt, and professional at all times. Our experience was enhanced by the communication, friendliness and attention paid to details by the Crash of Rhinos team. There were a couple of small issues we noticed after our walk-through. However the issues were immediately taken care of after notifying Crash of Rhinos. The quality of work met all our expectations. In addition, we have received compliments on the house from several of the neighbors. I highly recommend Crash of Rhinos Painting to anyone looking for quality professional work on their home.

Crash of Rhinos was an excellent company to work with. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. My husband and I received a free estimate to get our 2 story home painted and we knew right away we wanted to use them because of Mikes professionalism and the portfolio he presented with the quote. This was the only company that had full disclosure and quality like we wanted. We knew they must be good when we heard there was a 13 week wait. Let me tell you, it was WORTH EVERY MINUTE. I am so happy we chose to not go with another company. We knew if there was so many people using them, they must be good. Kim would send us weekly emails updating us on our painting date. We were always in constant communication and we loved that. We were so excited when it was our turn. I cannot say enough about the paint team that came out. They were very professional, kind and hard working. They showed up promptly every morning and worked extremely hard to get the job done. Our house needed a lot of repair and these guys did an excellent job. They were very meticulous about the details. When they were done, the house looked amazing. We have received so many positive comments on how good of a job Crash of Rhinos did. I cannot say enough about the paint team and Mike and Kim. Thank you so much for all you have done.

I initally chose COR based on the numerous positive comments on Yelp. There are several other 5-star painting contractors, and I got cheaper quotes from both. However, neither of these offered a guarantee beyond the required 2 years- and neither gave me a detailed estimate. In fact of the two contractors I didnt hire, one of them didnt even knock on the door- I think his estimate was a "drive-by". The other one spent 10 minutes. Contrast that with CORs OWNER coming to the house, videotaping his walk-around and then explaining in minute detail how they would accomplish the job. Once we decided to go with COR, the communication with the office was excellent. They let us know what to expect, and when it was going to happen. The crew showed up when they said they would, and did a phenomenal prep job- including applying Dry Lock to the stem wall- something the other contractors didnt mention at all! They replaced the side door casing- $50 extra- which is something I could have done...if I had the time, which I dont! COR used premium Dunn-Edwards paints- the other guys didnt mention what they were using. At the completion of the job, almost everything was put back- I had to rehang the windchimes on the patio- but overall, a very professional job. The house looks great!

As has already been mentioned numerous times in previous reviews, our experience using Crash of Rhinos Painting was exemplary. From the first phone call, to Mike’s quote, Kim and the office staff keeping us informed of when the job would commence, being willing to change that date due to construction concerns, helping us obtain paint samples…everything that transpired while working with COR was perfect. The painting crew (Carlos, Juan and another gentleman) were very good at what they do and brought up concerns (again, due to construction) that needed to be addressed and dealt with. They did their utmost to ensure that our paint job was completed to our satisfaction and when they left on the last day, Carlos reiterated that if we had any concerns or needed anything else done, to give them a call. They cleaned up after themselves and left the site spotless. Mike (the owner) runs his business and treats his customers the way I’m sure he would like to be treated himself. My only concern is I’m afraid Mike will retire before I need COR to do our next paint job in 15 years! Hopefully, the company he and his team have built will carry on beyond his retirement. Thank you Crash of Rhinos for giving our home a much needed facelift!

From beginning (estimate) to end (finished product) this company has been a pleasure to work with. From Marys weekly email updates when I accepted the estimate to the email updates at the end-of-the-project day from Luis, my painter, I always knew what was happening with my project. The painters are very thorough and document any "problem" areas with pictures before beginning their work. From the prep work (they sealed the foundation!!) to the two-tone fascia painting... their skills showed in their work and everything looks fantastic!! They were not the cheapest quote but I am SOOOO glad I spent the extra money and selected Crash of Rhinos. I have recommended them and will continue to do so. Super happy customer :) My only "complaint" was that the project took two days and I was left "plastic wrapped" in my house overnight because the sliding door was taped and plastic-ed off and I couldnt let my dog out. Luckily I have a side garage door and was able to get out and through the gate that way. This was more of an annoyance and is mentioned so that future customers remind the painters to leave the door un-taped in case they have pets that need out.

From the 1st phone contact to the completion of the job, Crash of Rhinos exhibited an element of professionalism not typically associated with the industry. I had reached out to six different painting companies for a paint job on my house and the iron fence around my back yard. I found 3 through my HOA and 3 from Yelp. All six showed up at their designated time. The representatives from each company displayed various levels of professionalism and preparedness. Of the 6 companies, 1 showed up dirty, smelly, and appeared to be slightly impaired. 2 showed up with no references but were willing to provide them if I sent an email to them and gave them a week to respond – that was interesting. The 3 that displayed a high level of professionalism varied greatly by estimate. Out of the pool of the top 3, I selected Crash of Rhinos as their cost was in the middle between the other 2. The house looks outstanding and the fence around the back looks brand new. In a nutshell, I received excellent customer service and a professional paint job completed on schedule at a very reasonable cost. When the time comes, I will be a repeat customer.
