Tried put in a special order. I put in an order then they called me back two days later and said that the catalog which I picked from was discontinued... though it was one they had in their office. Then, I had to go home to look up wallpapers on the computer. I went into the store instead of ordering it myself - thinking to save on shipping. I placed an order with Shawn. They never placed the order. Two weeks later, I called in on a Thursday afternoon and spoke with Shawn. He said he would call the vender "first thing in the morning". When I called them the next day Shawn was not even scheduled to work that day - so he lied to me that he would even be at work.

The staff said they knew nothing about exterior paint for wood siding and could not help me. When I googled their web site I found that the Duration material was what I was looking for. But I got no help whatsoever from the local staff. I was and stil am on my own. I believe these are uncaring people working with a great product that they really know nothing about...........the Duration line of exterior acrylic paints. Jus sayin
