Nathan Grovom is a top quality person, business owner, and craftsman. His companys painting is top drawer. Go ahead and search---you wont find better quality work, or a more honorable contractor. Nathan is also distinguishable in ways that consumers who have spent decades trying to find contractors will appreciate: he treats his employees like gold; he shows up when he says he will; he works hard, and long hours; he is fair. Nathan is extremely knowledgeable about log homes. It is apparent that he loves them, and loves fine workmanship in general. As a result, he strives to treat them as "pieces of art," and he does. He pays attention to detail. He seeks to prevent future problems, and to teach homeowners how to do the same. He goes out of the way to do it right. Nathan Grovom does not cut corners. Very few contractors rise to this level anywhere. I unconditionally recommend him.

Nathan and his team are first rate painters. They know the products thoroughly and are highly skilled using advanced sealers and primers. My wife and I have been working on a family estate and there was significant cigarette smoke damage. We had the living space professionally cleaned and the carpet removed and still the smoke smell was very strong. Grovom painting did an outstanding job of eliminating the smell. I am completely satisfied and confident the smell will not return. On top of this, they performed a beautiful paint application and provided me with excellent information on painting that I have doing else where. Nathan Grovom & his associates did a fantastic job painting our entire house. Nathan was always available, even at not-so-convenient hours to talk about the details of the job. He was fast, reliable, professional, thorough, & patient. I wasnt quite sure what color I wanted the risers on our front steps painted, but he was patient enough to try several different looks for me to help me make up my mind. Its been over a month & Im still very happy with the results. Sometimes, a few weeks after a contractor leaves, you start noticing that maybe they didnt pay attention to detail the way you would have wanted--not so with Grovom painting. The exterior of our house looks impeccable.

Nathan completely managed the exterior staining of our 3-story cedar-sided home. This involved replacement of some damaged boards and shingles, blasting off old surface paint down to the base wood, brightening the older wood so it would match the new cedar, and then staining the house and painting the window trim and doors. The whole process took about 2 and a half weeks of steady work, and Nathan was either on site or stopping in to oversee the work of his crew the whole time. The house looks gorgeous, and we could not be happier with the result.

If youd like to hire a painting company that 1) calls you back 2) arrives when they say they will and 3) does an excellent work, call Nathan. Weve dealt with our fair share of contractors who just dont seem to care about the work they do. But Nathan is a different breed of contractor. His was not the cheapest bid, but as with most things, you get what you pay for. We got a great paint job from the nicest guys around. Our house looks almost new, in spite of the fact that its 60+ years old!

Nathan was very professional and very reliable. He did what he said he was going to do on schedule and on time. They used the best paint and primer available. Nathan was very nice to work with.
