I was contacted by Logic Staffing several months after submitting my initial resume for a job, I am sure I thought would be perfect for me. I was a little hesitant at first for when I got the first initial call, as I was currently working and attending school, so changing jobs wasnt on my top priority list. However after I met Thearyanne, I knew INSTANTLY that I could trust her. The position she had contacted me for was exactly something that I had been looking for. There were a few hiccups along the way ( from the employer NOT Logic) and the whole time Thearyanne made sure that she represented me 100%. I knew I was in the best of hands and I have now been working at the position for over a month, and I couldnt be happier. Logic Staffing is wonderful but Thearyanne, is what MAKES that place ABOVE ALL THE REST!!! I do want to be honest and will say I had a horrible interaction with the staffing manager Franz ( believe he sadly is the HEAD of most Logic staffing and based out of the Sumner location). He was just awful to deal with and when I expressed my concerns to him, I was basically told I was wrong and out of line for speaking up. He should not be allowed to represent that company HOWEVER again THEARYANNE to the rescue!!! she had my back 110% and corrected everything, even made sure I did not have to speak to that horrible human again. Franz should take a note from his employees, in how you should interact with his candidates! I will be graduating in a few years with a masters degree in HR management, and I will not HESITATE to contact Thearyanne to help me look for my next career move. For now, I am happy where I am, and I could not have asked for a better experience with Logic Staffing! Thanks Logic Staffing of Tacoma and Thearyanne, you are the BEST~!

Logic staffing in Tacoma,WA is one of the best staffing agency I have ever worked with. They work their hardest everyday to find a position for you and if that does not fit they work their hardest to find another that fits. Working with Terri Anne specifically she has been really great ... she never let me down all my questions and issues she has always been great at helping me with it all. I highly recommended anyone that is searching for a job to look into the Tacoma,WA logic staffing office all the women that work in that office are great at what they do and they are super nice.

Logic is the first temp agency I have been thru from the first time I called I spk with Thearyanne and she basically gave me a phone interview on the spot went in the next day did all my paper work and 2 days later I was working .... worked the assignment for almost three months and it was an amazing place but i needed something closer To home and with better pay called them basically in tears explaining my situation and literally the next day I started my new assignment Where Im currently working and plan on staying for good ... Amazing folks there at the Tacoma location. It only took a few days for them to find me work!!! You get pay weekly and there jobs pays pretty good. I enjoy working at the job site that I am right now and I am grateful for the opportunity. I highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for work. I went through a few temp agencys and this one really treat you with respect... Again thank you Logic in Tacoma for your help

Im convinced most of these reviews are fake this is one of the worst hip agencies Ive ever used in my life.they are not forward about the jobs they send you on. they pay is WAAY below market average. the interview process is redundant and unnecessarily long. Some of the staff is incompetent. if you have VERY little skill this may be just tge place your looking for.

Ive had great experiences until now. I was recently let go from somewhere and when asking to recieve my check to make my car payment i recieve no answer no text no reply. Now i run the risk of getting my car repoed hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.
