I really liked working for them for the first year. After that it went down hill. I was let go from a campany due to the fact that they said I didnt show up for work. When I was given the time off by HR for my wedding (which was one extra day). The following week I went to work and was told to go home and call Aerotek. When I called them they wouldnt answer my calls. They took over two days to call me back to say I was fired for not showing up. When I tried to explain that I was given the day off for my wedding the women (who I never spoke to before) very rudely yelled at me saying she called and gave me a verbal warning. When I explained to her Ive never spoken to her before she yelled at me and told me not to call their company back. They also wouldnt give me paid holiday even after I worked at their company for the mandatory hours. And lied when they said that they did (I saw no extra money in my check during the holidays). I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone who wants long term work.

Went here and applied for work and within 15 minutes I was talking with a recruiter. After discussing myself she had a good idea for jobs and where going to look into gen for me. After a hour or so I got a call back about a job thats perfect for me. Went to the job and they accepted me to work for them. So in the same day I got to talk to someone and they found me a job. Id say thats a good experience lol. I would recommend this place for those looking for work.

They called me at home to let me know (in the middle of dinner) that I was not to come to work tommarow because the manager they worked with didn't see me as a fit to that company. Simply because I spoke up on a safty issue. Then they would place me in a diffrent job because I was "red flagged" and wouldn't listen to me at all. Unfair employment agancy. I didn't even have a written warning...

So far my experience has been good. What I can gather is, your experience seems to depend on your recruiter. I applied a couple years ago & got some little boy that I wanted to smack at the end of the interview. Never got me a job or communicated with me at all after the interview (I didnt let him know I hated him). But this time around, my recruiter went above & beyond to get me placed.

so i got a job the same day i went in, that was cool. i worked for less than 2 weeks then the called and said not to go in to work tomorrow. then i called and tried to get a new job,"oh no one is hiring, just keep calling every week." that was almost 2 months ago, still no jobs and most of the time they dont answer when i call. they suck

Terrible. They have no communication when applying for jobs. You ask questions and you get ignored. They leave the office early instead of making calls. They are holding my checks and when asked when Ill be recieving them they ignore me and didnt call when they said they would. Terrible company overall

Aerogel contacted me about a welding/fabrication job that sounded great. So I went in for an interviewand thejob simply did not exist. They instead tried to offer me some lesser jobs. I believe they try to lure you in but the jobs they have to offer are not that great
