Terra Staffing group (especially a recruiter named LIZZY) have been extremely helpful and friendly in my search to find a job! From my first day, I was greeted with all smiles and professionalism. The office is very up-to-date unlike other staffing offices that I have visited. Ive never had to wait more than ten minutes for an appointment. My experience with Lizzy has been wonderful. She was easy to talk to and she advocated for me in ANY job that I seemed fit for! I am a very difficult person to place, and so I was extremely grateful for all of the extra effort that was put into my application. Terra Staffing contacts candidates through all means - email, phone, and even text after hours/weekends. I found all of these methods extremely reliable, especially when some quick decisions had to be made. Other staffing agencies seem to be behind in this area and only communicate by sluggish email during working hours. I would definitely recommend Terra Staffing to any friend who needs help finding a career/job. Lizzy has been phenomenal, and other staff members that I have met have been extremely supportive!

Horrible staffing agency, I dont know if they are all same as this one or not but wow. You expected to make an appointment which makes sense but then they dont even keep the apt times. You end up sitting there forever and i found it funny for it being a staffing agency and people who are applying for jobs are in jeans. Its like going to an interview, you dress appropriately, i know one or two other places that would kick people out dressing like that. So after waiting forever(i took time off of my own job to do this), so i finally have to ask the front desk on what is taking so long and i need to leave soon, finally i had someone take me to back and he wasnt so happy for me "so called complaining" because he had a bit of an attitude and without really looking at my resume and talking to me, told me i didnt have requirements for field i wanted. Big disappointment

I cannot express my gratitude for all of the hard work Tamika and Betty have given me to land a job within the first two weeks that I have been a Terra Staffing associate!! I tend to be very particular with my expectations so when they sent me on one assignment, Betty was going to present me to one of her clients.....I was thinking Id have to interview with this company, but Betty called me and told me there wasnt a need and that they wanted me to start on Monday!! They dont call them TERRA for nothing, I mean terror! Like Freddy & Jason making another movie, kind of terror. Your new, your first day, maybe nervous? All good, because you got what Fat Joe would call the TERRA squad on ya back son! So lean back, in the cutscenes of this terror movie. They wont Jamie Lee Curtis you, maybe no call no show... They might curse at you. Bottom line, your a movie star this is TERRA staffing! There terrific, talented, tailored to taking timeless tenacious efforts towards success. Man, its been almost a month and not a word from these guys!! I went in for their interview and took some test about construction safety and the video didnt even give you the answers you were looking for. If I was you, I WOULD NOT go here. This place is horrible, I walked in and waited untill the staff members decided how to put an office together. Unorganized and UNHELPFUL, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
