My experience with Aerotek has been great. They plugged me in with a wonderful company that was looking for my specific skill set. I was hired directly into that company not as a temp to hire. My recruiter was very respectful (I was even offered coffee) and was great to work with. I was also "in and out" after the 15 minute wait. I did have to wait until near the end of the business day for correspondence or phone call updates. That was okay; however, because I went to work rather quickly and time wasnt wasted. The Aerotek office is professional in setting and I wasnt herded like cattle. All my paperwork was submitted online. The UA wait time at the nearby hospital also went by fairly quickly. If you have a trade skill or a high tech skill set then I recommend Aerotek compared to other agencies I worked with previously.

My first experience with Aerotek was some man with a heavy middle eastern accent. It was so heavy middle eastern i thought it was some scammer from India or something. I could not understand him so I asked for someone who speaks proper english.. I was redirected to the "manager" who said "Ill get someone for you". When I got transferred it was the same guy! Just less of an accent!. Smh!. My next experience after I told "Noufel" (I believe was his name) that I am going to transfer to another representative. I talked to some girl in a briefing. Never heard her again so communication is broken here or maybe "Noufel" has some dirty play in it. I dont know. Glad I didnt work for any of the awful places theyre "briefing" you for.
