We would give Wee Care zero stars if we could. At the Devine location, Wee Care allowed an irate and unstable father who was upset about a bead being removed from his childs hair to come into the same classroom as our daughter, after he asked for our daughter by first name and said he would "whoop some kids asses." Wee Care then gave this unstable man access to our daughters FULL LEGAL NAME, so he can now find our address with a simple google search. Wee Care failed to inform us of the incident; instead, they told parents of other unrelated children (who were mortified and thankfully told us). Wee Care failed to provide us with an incident report. Wee Care failed to establish policies or procedures to handle this sort of situation. Wee Care failed to immediately report the incident to DSHS as required by regulation, claiming their need to first perform in internal investigation. Wee Care failed to call the police after a threat of harm was made in a daycare facility. Wee Care failed to seek a restraining order against this man. Wee Care even failed to immediately tell this unstable father that he could not return to the daycare. When we requested the name of this father so we could seek a restraining order against him, Wee Care refused to provide it to us. Wee Care provided an angry and unstable man all of the information he needed to find and harm our daughter, but refused to give us this mans name so we could seek legal protection from him. In doing so, Wee Care ignored their fiduciary obligations to our daughter and went out of their way to safeguard the name of a dangerous man from the people who needed it most. Shame on them. The executive director of Wee Care, Sara Hegnes, refused to speak with us despite several requests. It was obvious that Wee Care realized they had violated numerous regulations and decided to close ranks and protect themselves, rather than doing everything they could to protect our daughter. Our opinion is that the management of Wee Care does not have your childs best interests in mind, and your child is not safe there. We can only hope that others see this post and dont subject their children to that danger. ** We want to be very clear that our concerns are with Wee Care management. The teachers at Wee Care are saints and one, in particular, put her body between our daughter and this unstable father, and talked him down. We are forever grateful to her.

I was disappointed in this Wee Care. My wife and I toured the facility, with Brittany, the owner, and we liked it, we gave them a $100 deposit and filled out the application because they had a spot open for the time that we needed in September. Alright! That was a huge relief to get that in place because infant care in Vancouver is difficult to find. About 6 weeks goes by and we see that the deposit check still hasnt been deposited so we call and ask to make sure that everything is still on track for September. We are assured that we still have a spot and that they normally just wait till closer to enrollment time to deposit it. 3 more weeks go by and I get a call from Brittany asking if we still need care in November?!?? November, we never talked about November. Everything we talked about and the application said September. She says that November 24th is there earliest opening. Well that is 3 months different from September 1st. Not even an apology or acknowledgement that they made a mistake! So now we wasted almost 3 months that we could have been looking in an area that has infant care booked out till May 2016. Very disappointed that they wasted our time and didnt even attempt to apologize or anything. The sad thing is, is that they can do this to anyone because the demand will ensure that she fills the slot, so they lose nothing and we are out other openings.

The teachers are amazing! My son has gone for 3 years and my baby since he was 6wks old. Always clean, very high standards and I have zero complaints with the staff, no worries leaving my children with them. They all seem to log my kids and my kids love them The ONLY complaint I have is that the company itself doesnt seem to take very good care of the staff. The ladies I entrust my childrens lives too deserve to be treated much better. I am pretty sure some of their policies regarding employees are not legal.

I have a hard time trusting daycares. When I started my daughter at Wee Care Daycare I already knew some of the staff working their. They have amazing teachers and have a great daily agenda for all kids. I am bringing my 7 month old son there for the first time next week and I am excited because I love the ladies who will be working with him. I would recommend this daycare over Kindercare anyday. Rebecca the director is awesome too.

My daughter has been going to the St Johns location since she was 2. I like the structure, cleanliness of the facility and the fact that overall there is low turnover in the staff and management. The pre k teacher Miss Debra is phenomenal and the curriculum had my kiddo more than ready for Kindergarten. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Every time I pick up my Granddaughter the place is clean. The children are happy and well taken care of. Lots of fun and activities are planned . Very Friendly and caring Staff. I would recommend this place to other parents. I have also talked to other parents and have heard only wonderful things about this daycare center

Not the cheapest day care but worth it for the quality. nice teachers, structured daily schedule, healthy meals, fun holiday events, faculty cleaned every day. it would be nice if it was alittle more affordable but my children have been there for two years now and I recommend them.
