Ive lived in Yakima for a year and a half now and until now, still hadnt found someone I trust to cut my hair regularly. I went to Studio 16 for the first time a week ago and had some miscommunication with my hair stylist during my first appointment. They asked for feedback via email and I explained the situation. The next day, they reached out to me and asked if I would like to come back in and have the owner or a different stylist address my concerns. Mackenzie did an absolutely fabulous job making me feel understood and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Now I have to go back for a color next! Thanks for putting your clients first :)

I love Aveda and I adore that this salon keeps up on modern AVEDA techniques and products! I love all the stylists here, I have yet to have a bad experience with any of them! Mackenzie is an amazing stylist and did balayage on my hair last time. I adore it!! I also love that they always have new products and hand out samples to try before you buy! Love Studio 16 and their Wax room too! Erika is the best with brows and bikinis too!

Studio 16 is an amazing experience. You feel welcome & relaxed from the time you walk in the door. Ive tried nearly all the stylists & would be very comfortable going to any of them. I love the Aveda product line & the staff is awesome. I especially like Dash who is a great asset. Beautifully decorated, modern, and the esthetician is great, and she was great with my teens as well.

This is a really nice place to be, the atmosphere is pleasant and the people there are very nice. The women who does waxing and facials is very sweet and does the best to relax you and make it as painless as possible for waxing. I would highly recommend going to her and getting either your waxing or facial needs since she does both wonderfully.

Really good place good with service and good with scheduling even though they lack some stylist with mens haircuts but overall good place to go to I recommend sarah she's pretty darn friendly and good also read my yelp review also it'll give you some more info
