My girlfriend had this to say: I went to have a trim done and I told the woman I only wanted an inch off of my hair. She sat me down in the chair, put on the cover over me, and then brushed my hair out. I thought she would take me over to the sink to wash my hair, and instead she grabbed my hair and chopped 4 inches off! By chopped I mean she literally grabbed my dry hair and chopped straight across with the scissors. Then proceeded to unevenly cut my hair. At that point I told her I was done and I got up and threw the money on the counter and walked out. I then had to go to a different salon and pay money to have my hair fixed. My hair that was once down to the lower part of my back is now 3 inches below my shoulders. Fortunately i was able to get it fixed and done well, but I will never go back to Salon Outback. That woman should not have a license!

The wig that I received was not what I ordered. It is over-sized, looks terrible, and they refuse to refund my money. For anyone looking for a wig, I would not consider Salon Beauty Supply and Wig Company, period.
